In this research, the effect of Rose alcoholic extract on the viability of probiotic bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-5) and Bifidobacterium lactis (Bb-12) in Doogh was studied. Probiotic bacteria Bifidobacterium bifidum and Lactobacillus acidophilus were inoculated into Doogh without Rose alcoholic extract (control) and containing Rose alcoholic extract (1% and 2%). Doogh produced during 4 weeks of storage in a refrigerator at 4° C during a week was investigated for microbial count, pH changes, acidity and survival during the shelf life and the organoleptic characteristics of the product were studied. The results of the statistical analysis indicated that the difference in survival percentage of La-5 and Bb-12 between the ordinary Doogh and the Doogh containing Rose alcoholic extract was significant (p≥0.05). Regarding taste, the results of this study showed that there is a significant difference between the types of Doogh in terms of taste (p<0.05). The study of organoleptic characteristics of Doogh containing Rose alcoholic extract showed that the flavor of this Doogh was improved compared to ordinary Doogh. The pH decreased during the shelf life and the acidity increased slightly. The highest and lowest levels of pH were respectively observed for samples containing 1% and 2% extract. Also, the effect of extract amount on acidity showed that the highest and lowest levels of acidity were in the samples containing 2% and 1% extract, respectively. Therefore, the production and consumption of Doogh containing Rose extract by maintaining organoleptic characteristics together with probiotic bacteria as a pragmatic food product are recommended. During the growing seasons of the years 2013-2014, Alborz, Mazandaran, Markazi and Tehran provinces were surveyed to assess the distribution of PNRSV and ToRSV in rose plants, field bindweed and common sow thistle weeds grown nearby the sampled roses. A total numbers of 600 symptomatic and asymptomatic rose leaves and 50 weeds were sampled. Using with the DAS-ELISA serological test, samples were tested. Results indicated that roses are infected to PNRSV with the infection rates of 39.24%, 30.7%, 44.8% and 38.1% and to ToRSV with the infection rates of 38%, 25.6%, 32.3% and 28.3% through in Tehran, Alburz, Mazandaran and Markazi respectively.  It was also revealed that PNRSV and ToRSV was respectively 26% and 18% incidence in weeds. Infected samples were mechanically inoculated on herbaceous propagative and indicator plants using with the potassium phosphate buffer pH 7.1 containing the antioxidant materials. To confirm the presence of viral infections in diseased roses and indicator plants, infected plants were analyzed by RT-PCR, using PNRSV-specific primers to amplify a related portion of the PNRSV and ToRSV genomes. Those infected samples have positively reacted with the both specific primers and desired DNA fragments with the size of about 210bp for the coat protein of PNRSV and 500bp for the polymerase of ToRSV were amplified for them. By this research and for the first time, presence of PNRSV and ToRSV in rose plant and herbaceous weeds was assessed.   Manuscript profile

One of the contemporary poets in Iran is Parvin-Etasami. Her poems are known for discussing and confronting the language and attitudes of female literature (female). Her thoughts of illness have entered the world of nature, but not for pleasure or comfort, but for the important conclusion that whispers of the components of nature, especially plants, reflect the "short life of humankind. In this article, the descriptive analytical method of all narrative poems in which the poet uses the sign of a rose is studied, in order to analyze the type of poet's view of his position as a woman in Persian literature. The result of this study indicates that the role of different roles in these samples is characteristic and in the Parvin poems collection generally reflects a specific type of female realism in Persian lyrical literature, which, unlike the norms Tradition is the richness and mythology of Iranian folk and is one of the first signs of modernism. In other words, in this particular view, the position of "woman" as "beloved" is not related to love and beauty and holiness, but rather to its material nature in the community of "unstable youth". The genus Rubus L. belongs to the genus Rosaceae. This genus includes more than 750 species in the world. Among some species of this genus such as R. dolichocarpus Juz. And R. ochthodes Juz. Morphological similarity is observed in traits such as the number of leaflets, the shape of the earrings and the color and shape of the petals, which makes it difficult to identify these two closely related species. The species R. dolichocarpus in the flora of Iran is declared synonymous with the species R. ochthodes, while these two species in the flora of Iranica, the flora of Russia and the flora of Iran are two separate species in one subgenus and two different segments. For this purpose, in this study, the taxonomic relationships of these two species based on morphological characteristics were investigated. The results indicate differences in morphological traits such as the shape and condition of the annual stem, the shape of lateral leaflets in the flowering stem, the shape of the leaflets. And the density of flowers in the inflorescence. Also, according to molecular data using the ITS nuclear marker, these two species have 36 different nucleotides, which confirms the separation of the two species. Therefore, according to the results obtained in this study and comparison with previous studies, it is suggested that two species of R. dolichocarpus and R. ochthodes. According to the flora of Iranica, the flora of Russia and the flora of Iran should be defined as two separate species. Manuscript profile
