This paper aims to investigate the application of Cumulative Prospect Theory (CPT) and its effect on return in Tehran Security Exchange. The Barberis and Huang (2008) model is used in this paper which predicts that if traders in the stock markets have cumulative prospect theory preferences then the positively skewed stocks should on average have lower returns. Research statistical population consists of 89 companies of Tehran Stock Exchange during 2007 to 2012. Two measures of expected stock skewness are used that consist of past skewness and group skewness. The results show that past skewness is better predictor to expected skewness than group skewness. Furthermore, there is a significant negative relationship between skewness measures and return that verify the Barberis and Huang (2008) model in Tehran Security Exchange. Manuscript profile

The three end moraine ramps are followed by outwash aprons (incline ation:7 to15 (Kْuhle 1984; 1989; 1990). In the farther piedmont area their material become moreand more sorted and layered (cf. Fig. 5). In the following text the whole form of afrontal moraine with its Outwash apron is described as “Bortensander”, i. e. icemarginal ramp (IMR). It is marked by the change from polymict coarse bouldermaterial “floating” chaotically and isolated in a fine material matrix to a well-sortedglaciofluvial, steeply bedded gravel body (cf. Fig.5).Due to the fact that, in relation to the glacier feeding area in the interior of theKuh-i-Jupar massif, the piedmont glaciation of the northern mountain foreland (cf.Fig.7) is very extended (see 5.), the glacier margin did not react to minor fluctuationsof the snow line. So, an uplift of the ELA after the glacier advance only resulted in adecreasing thickness of the ice margin, but not in a glacier retreat. This is verifiable bythe truncation of frontal moraines (Fig.5B), which initially had been upthrusted by theadvancing ice margin (Fig. 5A). The advancing ice margin was inevitably- for this hascaused the advance- the thickest. With the then decreasing, thawing-out ice margin, the supraglacial meltwater, which first seeped through the frontal moraine (Fig.5A),finally removed it and displaced it glaciofluvial edimentis. Owing to this, a horizontalchange of material developed in the IMR. This process also led to the truncation of theprimarily steeper glaciofluvial layers in the distal area of the IMR and to the coveringof this unconformity by less inclined layers of gravel (Fig. 5B right half). In the area of the old moraines, up to three levels of the ice surface of thethawing-out piedmont glacier margin are verifiable by exposures in distal IMRsectionsof this kind (Fig. 6 and Photo 5).In the SW-slope of the Kuh-i-Jupar two glacier lobes reached down into theforeland (Fig. 7). A glacier flowed down from the Dare Balutschi and Dare Bidestan inthe E (Fig. 2), but no end moraine has been preserved to mark its lowest ice marginposition (Fig. 7). W of this valley exit a 30 to 40 m-high old end moraine ridge runs down to the southwestern foothill chain at 2’550 m (Fig. 4: southeastern most bolddrawnred moraine with IMR). There the piedmont lobe, which flowed down from thehigh summits of the Kuh-i-Jupar main ridge (Fig. 2 between No. 1 and 8) and met thefoothill chain, was diverted up to the end of this chain in a westward direction. Itstongue basib as well as its fringe were strongly reworked by glaciofluvial and fluvialmorphodynamics which, because of the diversion, were especially concentrated. Herein the W, the southwestern piedmont glacier of the Kuh-i-Jupar reached its lowest icemargin at c. 2’450 m a.s.l. during the Older Glaciation (Fig. 7). Manuscript profile

Evidence has been provided of two mountain glaciations in the 4000 m-high, currentlynon-glaciated Kuh- i -Jupar in the semiarid Zagros: an older period during the pre-LGM (Rissglaciation, c. 130 Ka) and a younger one during the LGM (Würm glaciation, Isotop-stage 4-2:60 -18 Ka). During the pre-LGM glaciation the glaciers reached a maximum of 17 km inlength; during the LGM glaciation they were 10-12 km long. They flowed down into themountain foreland as far as 2160, i.e. 1,900 m.The thicknesses of the valley glaciers reached 550, i.e. 350 m. During the pre-LGM a 23 kmextended, continuous piedmont glacier lobe has been developed parallel to the mountain foot.During the LGM the glacier termini mainly remained isolated in the mountain foreland.During the pre-LGM glaciation the ELA ran at 2,960 and during the LGM-glaciation at 3,060m a.s.l, that is 1.590, i.e. 1,490 m below the current theoretical snow line. Thus, a temperaturedepression of c. 11-16°C, i.e. 10-15°C is proved for the SE-Iranian highland, c. 130, ie. 60-18Ka ago. Manuscript profile

The rise of nationalistic historiography in Qajar and Constitutional Periods is one of the most important factors in formatting modern national identity in contemporary Iran. History and historiography are undoubtedly two of the most important manifestations of the presence and appearance of cultural nationalism. From the time when nationalism, as a modern ideology was introduced in Iran in the 19th century, the bulk of Iranian cultural questions, including historiography and the kind of approach to the past, were influenced by this ideology. Therefore, a new type of historiography and rewriting of the past appeared among the intellectuals of the Qajar and Constitutional periods, on the bases of which Iranian historiographers began to rethinking history of Iran from a nationalistic view, and especially, they tried to revive and to glorify Iran's greatness and magnificence in ancient times to revival national pride in the hearts of the Iranian nation. As a consequence of the emergence of this view-point, history and historiography were gradually turned into means to lay the foundation of a type of national identity among Iranian people on the basis of ancient times. This tendency was greatly intensified among Iranian intellectuals after victory of Constitutional Revolution. The historiographers of this period were, in particular, greatly affected by nationalistic attitudes in the study of the activities of Iran’s ancient kings to reinforcement Iranians’ ancient identity. This process, which now is called Archaism, had a great effect in introducing the ancient times of Iran as the main basic for Iranians’ real and national identity. The aim of the present paper is to investigate and scrutinized the extent of the effects of the ideology of nationalism on historiography and historiographers' attitude of this period on the bases of the main historical and literal sources of the same era, and the role of nationalistic historiographies on the development of nationalist views in Iranian history writing among Iranian intellectuals and the contemporary political and cultural men of this period. So, although the main differences between the current diatype in shiraz and standard speech dialect are related to the differences between the accents, this diatype has some special structural patterns and words of its own which means that it has some features of a dialect. Hereupon, in this article, some of the structural patterns of shirazy dialect are studied: present perfect tense, attached subjective pronouns, verb to be(“ast” [=is]). In the current shirazy dialect, the present perfect tense is conjugated completely or in short forms. The important difference between the standard dialect and the shirazy one is in the way of using the auxiliary verbs and their conjugations. The attached subjective pronouns in shirazy dialect are pronounced in two ways, “?eš” and “?ešun”. And verb to be is used in three different ways Manuscript profile

A penal system can be discussed and examined naturally, considering its goals and philosophy. In the penal policy of Islam, there is a variety of punishments, which include retribution, limits, punishments and vows, and each of them has been legislated with a specific logic. For example, retribution can be considered as a punishment based on the victim and punishments can be considered as a way to implement the principle of individualization of punishments and compliance with the requirements of time and place. In contrast, punishments can be considered as crime based on protecting the moral and religious foundations of society. Can be considered as repairing the damage done to the victim. Various theories have been proposed so far about the philosophy of punishment, including retrospective and futuristic views, in which the first approach justifies punishment for achieving its future purpose and beneficial results, and the second approach to the error committed by the offender. It can be considered as a reduction of crimes, rehabilitation and correction, but the Islamic view on rational and moral justification of punishment is a more basic view and this view governs the entire Islamic penal system and all punishments, including limits, retribution and punishments can be justified according to this theory. This theory of justice and entitlement on the one hand to achieve the desired individual and social effects and results on the other hand has been considered at a very deep and realistic level. In this article, we try to explain the retrospective and futuristic views by analyzing and interpreting the philosophy and purpose of punishment in Islam, and express the effects and characteristics of each, and prove by argument and mentioning examples of limits, retribution, punishments and even diyat that Islam Tor Kibi is from these two perspectives and has its own characteristics.punishmentˈpəniSHməntTranslations of punishmentNounFrequencyمجازاتpunishment, penalty, retribution, reprimandتنبیهpunishment, chastisement, talking to, gruellingسزاreward, punishment, retribution, remuneration, requitalتادیبdiscipline, correction, punishment, crackdownگوشمالیrebuke, punishment, scourgeاجرreward, wage, remuneration, award, defrayal, punishmentDefinitions of punishmentNoun1the infliction or imposition of a penalty as retribution for an offense.crime demands just punishmentSynonyms:chastisingchastisementpenalizingpunishingdiscipliningretributiondamnationExamples of punishmentyour machine can take a fair amount of punishment before falling to pieces5 more examplesSynonyms of punishmentNounchastisingpenalizingcomeuppancechastisementpenaltybatteringmaltreatment44 more synonyms Manuscript profile

Recognizing variables which are able to explain stock price movements is a very important matter for the capital market activists. Three main groups of variables that seem to have a significant role in this explanation are: 1) Fundamental Variables 2) Historical Stock Price Returns 3) Macroeconomic Variables. This research investigates the relationship between these three groups of variables and stock price returns on the listed companies of Tehran Stock Exchange. Moreover, the complementary role of fundamental variables and historical stock price returns in explaining stock price movements is investigated. Eventually the difference between the roles of fundamental variables and historical stock price returns in large and small firms is studied. According to the results of the present research there is a significant relationship between all three mentioned groups of variables and stock price movements and also fundamental variables and historical stock price returns are complementary variables for explaining stock price movements. Moreover, the growth variable is more important in small firms compared to larger firms for interpreting stock price movements. Manuscript profile

Therefore, according to the importance of this issue, in this research, an experimental investigation of the mediating role of the ostrich effect on the explanation of the relationship between perceived past returns and investing in risky stocks has been done. It is survey-descriptive. For this purpose, 432 questionnaires were distributed and 396 questionnaires were accepted. Data analysis was done using structural equation model in IMOS statistical software. The results show that past perceived returns have a positive and significant effect on investing in high-risk stocks and the ostrich effect. Also, the ostrich effect has a positive and meaningful effect on investing in high-risk stocks. In general, the findings show that in the relationship between perceived past returns and investing in high-risk stocks, the ostrich effect variable plays a mediating role. The results showed that investors are mainly influenced by subjective beliefs from past experiences and behavioral biases. which appears to be a potential deviation from the rational decision making of their investment decisions. The current research was done with the goal of determining the social mobility procedure among economic elites in the past three decades. The method of this study was a type of descriptive research. The statistical populations of this study were the economic elites in Tehran (about one hundred thousand people) and according to Morgan table, the sample size was 384 people, which was chosen by systematic random selection. In this method, from every 260 people, one person was selected and answered the questioner. To collect the data, the researcher-made questioner was used, the validity of which is determined by content validity, structural validity, and reliability of instruments through Alpha Cronbach formula. In order to analyze the data, one-way ANOVA test, and path analysis method was used. The findings indicate that social mobility was different in the three 70-80-90 decades, regarding vertical, horizontal, and geographic mobility. It was determined that horizontal mobility and geographic mobility in the three 70-80-90 decades had a significant difference. Furthermore, the results showed that economic elites had the most social mobility in the 90 decade, and the least mobility in the 80 decade. Also economic elites in the 90 decade didn’t have the tendency to geographic mobility, because 97,9 percent of the economic elites announced that they didn’t have a tendency to leave the country. Furthermore, it was clear that based on the results, people did not have the tendency toward sufficient mobility. It was also clear in path analysis that the family factor was in the first priority by the sum of direct and indirect effects of 0,291, in the second priority economic knowledge by direct and indirect effects of 0,254, in the third priority media by direct and indirect effects of -0,164 with transition, in the fourth priority, social intelligence by the direct and indirect effects of 0,163 with reverse transition, in the fifth priority, sexual attitude by direct and indirect effects of -0,153 with reverse transition, in the sixth priority, vocal communication by direct and indirect effects of -0,098, in the seventh priority, creativity by direct and indirect effects of -0,90 with transition, and in the eighth priority politics by direct and indirect effects of -0,077 with reverse transition were located.
