The present study aimed to compare the effects of group education of academic vitality, positivism, and time perspective on academic engagement and academic vitality of ninth-grade male students in Isfahan. This study was a quasi-experimental research with a four-group three-stage design. The statistical population of the study included ninth-grade male students in the academic year of 2020-2021. The sample size included 72 ninth- grade students who were selected by purposeful sampling method. Data measurement tools included Academic Engagement Questionnaire (Fredericks, Blumenfeld & Paris, 2004) and Academic Vitality Questionnaire (Dehghanizadeh & Huseinchari, 2013). Data were analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance. These analyzes were performed using SPSS-22 software. The results revealed a significant difference among the groups in the scores of academic engagement and scores of academic vitality in the studied methods (P <0.05). School counselors and psychologists who want to improve students' academic engagement and vitality are recommended to use workshops on the effectiveness of educational vitality, positivism, and time perspective as much as possible.

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of time perspective therapy on reducing anxiety, depression and work-family conflicts of managers. The research method was semi-experimental in terms of practical purpose and research design with pre-test-post-test with control group. The socio-statistics of the research included the education managers of Mashhad in the academic year of 2022. In this research, 30 managers were selected by cluster sampling and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (15 managers in the experimental group and 15 managers in the control group). The experimental group received the training intervention in 8 sessions of 60 minutes during one month. The questionnaires used in this research included Beck's anxiety (1988), Beck's depression (1974) and work-family conflicts by Carlson et al. (2000). The data obtained from the research were analyzed by analysis of covariance using SPSS version 23 statistical software. The results showed that treatment based on time perspective has an effect on reducing anxiety, depression and work-family conflicts of female managers working in education and training (p<0.05). On the other hand, according to the effect size for the post-test anxiety variable in the group, the results showed that 25% of the variance in the anxiety variable is explained by the treatment based on time perspective, as well as 29% for the depression variable and 29% for the work-family conflict variable. 44% is explained. In fact, due to the stressfulness of the management job and according to the results of this research, it is possible to benefit from time perspective therapy as an effective method in strengthening psychological resources and improving the psyche of managers.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of time perspective on flow and grit in female students in Abarkouh. This is an quasi-experimental research, using a pre-test-post-test approach with control group design. The statistical population was all high school female students, and the participants were 30 students recruited through multi-cluster sampling method. Using simple randomized method, they were divided into two experimental and control groups. To collect data Martin and Jackson flow short form (2008), Duckworth and Quinn Grit Scale(2009) were used as pre-test in both groups. Then, the time perspective education, as the independent variable (intervention), was conducted only in the experimental group in 12 sessions of 90 minutes each; the control group did not receive any instructions. At the end of instructions, the questionnaires were administered again in both groups as post-tests. Data were analysed by covariance analysis. The results showed that the time perspective education instruction has a positive and meaningful impact on flow and grit of female students.

This study aimed To investigate the prediction of Marital Satisfaction based on Time Perspective, Inferiority Feelings, Sexual Anxiety in women with uterine diseases. The descriptive- correlation method was used. The statistical population consisted of all the married female with uterine diseases in Mashhad in spring of 2022. In this study, according to convenience sampling method, 223 married women with uterine diseases were selected as samples and they were asked to fill in the Time Perspective Inventory of Zimbardo (1999), feeling of inferiority scale of Dixon & strano (1990), Sexual self-concept of Snell (1995) and marital satisfaction scale Enrich of Olson, Fournier & Druckman (1987). The data were analyzed by tests of Pearson correlation and stepwise regression. SPSS-23 software was used for data analysis. Findings showed that there was a negative significant correlation between Inferiority Feelings, Sexual Anxiety and Marital satisfaction also there was positive significant correlation between Past negative and Present fatalistic with Marital satisfaction, in women with uterine diseases. Regression analyses also revealed that %40/4 of variance of Marital Satisfaction was explained by Inferiority Feelings, Sexual Anxiety and Past negative (p< 0.01). Considering the effect of life experiences and physical and mental illnesses on marital satisfaction, it is suggested to pay attention to this important issue in developing couple therapy programs.

Introduction: Today's university education is characterized by rapid and unpredictable changes in the personal experience of individuals. The experience of individuals has changed the psychology of lifestyle time, and many of the relationships between them are still unknown. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between addiction to virtual social networks with time perspective and health behaviors in students. Method: The research method is descriptive correlational. The research population was 1730 students of Joybar Azad University in 1396. 317 people were selected by stratified random sampling method (by grade). Each subject completed the questionnaire of addiction to virtual social networks, time perspective and health behaviors. Results: The results showed that 1% decrease in addiction to virtual social networks, 24% on time spell and 18% on health behaviors, and also increase the amount of time perspective, increase the level of health behaviors. And vice versa. Conclusion: Time lag is a key factor in the abuse of social networks, because with the increase of futurism, learning to delay immediate pleasure and paying attention to the consequences of current practices can lead to increased health behaviors Reducing addiction to cyberspace helped students.

از آنجا که چشم­انداز زمان نقش تنظیم کننده اعمال انسان را داشته و بر فعالیتهای فردی، اجتماعی و روحی- روانی وی اثر دارد و پایستگی تحصیلی به توانایی دانش­آموز در غلبه بر مشکلات و موانع و چالشهایی که در زندگی تحصیلی بیشتر دانش­آموزان به طور معمول رخ میدهد مانند نمرههای پایین، فشار امتحان، تکالیف مشکل و بازخوردهایی در ارتباط معلم و شاگرد و رقابت و از دست دادن انگیزه اشاره دارد، تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر آموزش چشم انداز زمان بر تعادل زمانی و پایستگی تحصیلی دانش­آموزان دختر پایه نهم شهر تهران انجام گردید. روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه دانش­آموزان دختر پایه نهم شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 97-96 بودند. از میان دانش­آموزان مذکور با روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی چند مرحله­ای 60 نفر که تعادل زمانی نداشتند در دو گروه 30 نفره آزمایش و گواه به طور تصادفی تخصیص یافتند. گروه آزمایش به مدت 10 جلسه مورد آموزش قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه­های چشم انداز زمان زیمباردو(1999) ، پایستگی تحصیلی مارتین و مارش(2008) و بسته آموزشی چشم انداز زمان بود. برای تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده از روش آماری تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در سطح معناداری 05/0=α و با بکارگیری نرم افزار-22 spss استفاده گردید. یافته­ها نشان داد که آموزش چشم انداز زمان، بر تعادل زمانی و پایستگی تحصیلی ­دانش­آموزان اثر داشته و تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه بود(001/0≥p ) واین تأثیر در مرحله پیگیری دو ماهه پایدار ماند(001/0≥p ).بنابراین تعادل زمانی در ابعاد مختلف با آموزش چشم انداز زمان میسر است و به دنبال آن پایستگی تحصیلی را می­توان افزایش داد و بدین صورت دانش­آموزان موثرتری برای اداره جامعه فردا تربیت نمود.
