        With the development of information technology, electronic health (e-health) systems are used as a common approach to recording patients' medical data. Given that medical information is an essential asset of individuals and the health system, there are severe concerns about secure sharing and preserving this information's privacy. In this paper, we propose a new identity-based encryption (IBE) method by bilinear pairings to ensure the confidentiality of patients' data and their privacy in cloud health systems; in this way, this plan also provides authentication for users using challenge-response mechanisms. In addition, the proposed scheme, using blockchain techniques, ensures integrity and precise access control for shared data. The correctness of the proposed protocol is verified, and its security is formally proven in the standard model. The implementation of our scheme is performed in Java, and the results show that the proposed scheme reduces the computational overhead compared to previous similar methods. Manuscript profile

        The main objective of this research is to analyze the criteria for improving electronic learning services based on cloud computing using the Diemel technique. The statistical population of the study is the managers and experts of the field of information technology in universities. The tool is a questionnaire. 21 questionnaires were distributed among experts of the field of information technology of universities. Finally, 21 questionnaires were collected and to answer the research questions and information analyzes Dimetel method was used. By analyzing the research criteria using Dimetal's technique, it was found that among 11 criteria, the criteria of organizational factors with the highest total of lines among other criteria in the way of choosing the components of e-learning improvement has the most impact on other elements and The most weight factor in the whole system. In other words, the most important criterion has the greatest impact on the whole system. And the educational content with the least sum of the line has the least impact on other elements. The results of this research can be applied to companies and educational institutions active in the field of cloud computing and researchers in the field. Manuscript profile

        Purpose: The goal of this paper is to investigate the effective factors on managers’ behavioral intention for software as a service adoption. Methodology: The factors identified from Technology Acceptance Model, Innovation Diffusion Theory and the study of Benlian & Hess (2011).The data were collected on top and middle managers using a structured questionnaire. A total of 370 questionnaires were completed. Results are analyzed by structural equation modeling, a path diagram generated and sixteen hypotheses tested using LISREL and SPSS software. Findings: five of the hypotheses were accepted. The results reveal that consumer behavioral intention for saas adoption affected by perceived consumer ease of use, marketing efforts and social influence. Research limitation: Other factors might have been identified and added to the conceptual framework. The timeframe of data collection was very specific. The large sample size and its apparent representativeness encourage confident generalization of the findings. Managerial Implications: marketers now have clear evidence that perceived consumer ease of use, marketing efforts and social influence are important factors that affecting consumer behavioral intention, and should plan their intelligence gathering and campaign strategy accordingly.         در دهه حاضر، مفهوم سرویس و ارائه نرم افزار به صورت سرویس بر روی معماری سیستم های ابری به عنوان دو تحول مهم، دنیای سیستم های اطلاعاتی را متحول کرده است. این تغییر، چرخه حیات تولید نرم افزار را با یک دگرگونی پارادیمی مواجه کرده است که در آن تولید نرم افزار از طریق ترکیب سرویس های آماده در بستر ابر انجام میگیرد. یکی از الزامات ترکیب سرویس در محیط ابر این است که باید به صورت on-the-fly انجام گیرد که تحقق آن نیاز به یک مصالحه بین بهینه بودن سرویس مرکب و زمان ترکیب سرویس دارد. مسئله ترکیب سرویس با اطلاع از QoS، مسئله‌ای است که برای آن چندین راه حل بالقوه وجود دارد که معمولاً چند تا از آنها بهینه محسوب می‌شوند، بر این اساس این مسئله، یک مسئله بهینه سازی و در زمره مسائل NP-Hard به شمار می‌آید. با توجه به این واقعیت که به دلیل افزایش روزافزون تعداد سرویس‌ها که منجر به بزرگ‌تر شدن فضای جستجوی مسئله می‌شوند، در سال های گذشته محققان زیادی به تحقیق بر روی ارائه روش های مبتنی بر الگوریتم های ترکیباتی و مکاشفه ای برای حل مسئله ترکیب سرویس در محیط ابر، علاقه نشان داده اند و این اقبال ادامه دارد. در این مقاله، بر اساس مروری نظام مند بر ادبیات تحقیق، پرسش های مهمی که می توان در حوزه تحقیقاتی ترکیب سرویس به روش مکاشفه ای می توان مطرح کرد، استخراج شده اند. سپس با طبقه بندی پژوهش ها بر اساس رویکردهای حل مسئله، اهداف و اولویت های مورد نظر محققین، نتایج و آمارهای مفیدی ارائه شده که می تواند به تحقیقات آینده کمک کند.         Cloud computing is a networked computing model that provides a relatively new approach to storing, processing, and using information. A GIS is a structured set of hardware, software, and information that has been designed to create, store, update, process, analyze, and present a variety of geographic information. The combination of cloud computing and GIS improves efficiency and reduces costs in the process of implementing and executing these systems. The electricity distribution industry, with its smart grid approach, increasingly needs access to spatial information in a comprehensive and secure communication platform. In this article, while examining the necessity of creating GIS subsystems in electricity distribution companies, its advantages and disadvantages are expressed and a secure architecture is proposed to implement this solution. The proposed architecture is designed in four layers of user, application, configuration and infrastructure, and physical layer, and a management plane. On the management plane, security, compression and classification modules are provided. Given the importance of security in the GIS cloud for the power distribution industry, the focus of the article is on the security module and its components. Finally, the proposed architecture is analyzed and its advantages and disadvantages compared to other architectures are presented. The presence of a management plane with an independent security module that takes into account all the requirements of a standard security operations center is an architectural advantage presented in this article.
