The sociological field of economic justice is one of the most important and obvious areas of Islamic justice that the Qur'an has proposed in various verses. The social field of economic justice in the Qur'an is based on preserving the financial privacy of others and encouraging work and establishing equality in transactions, and it can be examined in three stages: origin-oriented, process-oriented, and result-oriented. Observance of sociological economic justice is one of the fields of excellence and development of the society, and the interpreters of the Holy Quran have taken great care in interpreting such verses and have tried to define the dimensions and indicators of the Quranic economic sociological justice theory by explaining and accurately interpreting these verses. This research, based on the analytical-descriptive method of Allameh Tabataba'i in Tafsir al-Mizan, examines examples of social and economic justice in addition to the three mentioned axes, and evaluates and examines examples of sociological economic justice and how the interpreter's method in extracting examples from the verses of the Qur'an. will pay. Allameh Tabatabaei, relying on philosophical concepts or knowledge of statecraft and the divine justice system, has explained the sociological examples in an enlightening and precise way, and in the necessary cases, he has included historical and narrative examples in the commentary. Confiscation is one of the institutes enacted by the legislator to protect the right of winning party and/or the claimant and ensure individuals' right. It is based on protecting individuals' right. However, carrying out these regulations can weaken the social and economic aspects of the society. But today, laws should be comprehensive and consider group rights in addition to individuals' right. In this way, existential principles which are the philosophy of enacting the current regulations are criticized in addition to presenting a new definition for confiscation and investigating social and economic model-setting principles; and by presenting a new theory for confiscation, we move toward socializing law and protecting individuals' rights and jurisprudence and legal principles of insuring confiscated properties are studied based on development of the wise, rule of prohibition of detriment, the inclusion of generalities and applications of evidence. A major concern in any social system including the Islamic Economic System has always been explication of the role of the government in economy and achieving economic justice. The aim of the present study, thus, was to explore the role of the government in fulfilling the criteria for economic justice in Iran. To achieve the goal, we first estimated the descriptive statistics of various references to economic justice based on religious texts specifically the holy Koran, Sunna, and views of Islamic Experts. Further, the role of the government was investigated via the TVP approach and the Kalman Filter method in administration of justice over a 40-year period commencing from 1355. The findings revealed that the state development expenditure has constantly enhanced economic justice while current spending failed to promote economic justice criteria. Also, inflation has always been one of the impressive factors influencing and deteriorating economic justice parameters. In addition, economic growth has failed to promote economic justice criteria. Financial crisis, especially after 2007-2010, has been considered as one of main concerns of financial economists. They are worried about its continuation leads to a prolong recession in global economy. Thus, this paper is targeted to test the feasibility of the resistance of Islamic finance and banking when confronting crisis in question. By using analytic- descriptive method, it is to evaluate whether Islamic finance simmers down the crisis. As a result, it is clear that theoretically speaking Islamic finance does have sufficient capability to prevent crisis. Its effectiveness, however, depends on actual performance of economic agents to pay attention to requirements of applying those teachings in actual life and not in mere proclamation.   Manuscript profile
