The understanding of diversity and relation between biological individuals are the first issue of environments observations. This leads to offer evolutionary theories for explaining those facts since ancient till now. The cooperation between individuals with their environments was the basic idea of explanations in the history before Darwinian approaches. But Darwin offered his idea on base of a political economic theory which emphasis on competition between agents in economical activities. So the competition between biological entities is the foundation of Darwinian idea and any cooperation between entities in his approach explain away by consideration a competition between next level entities. On the other hand, there was not a well form and sound heredity theory in his time too. That’s why the Darwinian evolutionary theory faced some problems for explanation of some biological facts as same as others. Both of the cooperation and competition approaches alone could not explain the biological facts completely and coherently. It looks that while the basic relation between any biological individuals are cooperation with their environments, there are some race between almost same individuals for cooperation with their environments too. The objective of this paper is to analyze the network topology of the Iranian overnight money market through methods of statistical mechanics applied to complex networks in order to assessing systemic risk. We investigate differences in the activities of 33 Iranian banks dividing into different four types between 2010-2015 by analyzing 66 montly adjacency matrixs. Using degree distribution analysis of the networks, we find that that Iranian interbank market network is scale-free network and cumulative degree, in-degree and out-degree follows the power-law distribution. In terms of the criterion of assortativity, the interbank market network of Iran is assortative and core-periphery with one or more banks as the money center. The results show that the Iranian interbank network is vulnerable to shocks and has high level of systemic risk. Also, in the event of failure, the most vulnerable group is to privatized and specialist governmental banks, and the private banks, due to the high volume of exchanges and net negative flows, can put a considerable systemic risk to the interbank market network. Social propositional systems are a new generation of systems that use the social network as a user modeling platform to maximize some challenges by using rich interactive data volumes. To make Social networking sites offer new friends to registered users based on local graph features. The main purpose of the link prediction problem on social networks is to suggest a list of users to a particular user that they will probably be communicating in the future. In this research, a prediction method for the link is presented based on the characteristics of classification models. Here, the prediction problem of the link is transformed into a classifying problem with two positive and negative classes, where the positive class represents the relationship and the negative class indicates that the two users are not communicating. Three classical classes DT, NN and NB are used for classification work. To create the dataset, the features of credibility, optimism, number of neighbors, the number of paths of different lengths, the number of shared tweets, the number of internal and external axes are used. Although self-centered grids do not have much overlap in the rings, experiments show that the consideration of self-directed pathways significantly improves predictive performance. The DT classification has recorded the best performance with an average accuracy of 99.85%. Manuscript profile

The goal of this paper is reviewing and comparing of Shadegan international wetland changes during last two decades. To achieve this goal, the trend of changes in Shadegan international wetland and the relative consequences were examined by supervised classification of LandSat satellite images. For this purpose, maximum likelihood algorithm, in ENVI®4.8 software was utilized during 20 years period (1990-2011). WRASTIC index, one of the existing methods for evaluating risk and vulnerability of the surface water, was used for finding inflow water quality to the wetland. Results of this study show six percent decrease in area of Shadegan wetland during these years, about 1796.61 Km2 (25.71%) declination in water and soil areas, and by 1796.76 (9%) increase in the total area of vegetation cover. Growing vegetation cover denotes water pollution, eutrophication, and early devastation of this international wetland. A result of calculation WRASTIC index showed that wetland basin components have the great impact on pollution of inflow water to wetland. Continuing of this trend, make irreparable effects on this existence and integrity of this wetland. Manuscript profile

Human emotions universally manifest themselves in the forms of happiness and sadness. Sohran Sepehri has a poem named “Posht e Darya” in his work “Hajm e Sabz”. This poem has a resemblance to one of Constantine Cavafy’s poems named “The City”. This study takes a descriptive and analytic approach in comparing these two poems and finding their similarities and differences. In addition, this study aims to investigate which of the two poets was probably influenced by the other in writing his poem. The findings show that Cavafy wrote his poem before Sohrab Sepehri, and Sohrb was probably influenced by Cavafy when writing his poem, Posht e Daray. Sohrab’s poem is full of hope while Cavafy’s poem is full of hopelessness. Sohrab’s poem is long and spiritual while Cavafy’s poem is short and wordly. In Shorab’s poem, temporary hopelessness leads to departure; however, hopelessness in Cavafy’s poem leads to settling, growing old, etc… Contrary to Sohrab’s hope in his poem, Cavafy does not believe in hope in his poem, The City. Sohrab speaks of loneliness to remember paradise while Cavafy’s loneliness is the result of his worldly life. Contrary to the dark and frustrating atmosphere of the city, the atmosphere and wording of Posht e Darya is full of hope. The language of Sohrab’s poem is poetic and ambiguous while the language of Cavafy’s poem is colloquial and explicit.    Manuscript profile

Requirements engineering is one of the important and main phases in the software development process. In this phase, various activities are performed by software engineers. In this paper, the problem of prioritizing requirements in the iterative software development process has been investigated. The main goal is to automatically find priority groups of requirements so that each group of requirements can be implemented in one iteration of the development process. For this purpose, data mining, text processing and semantic similarity techniques have been used. The proposed methods have been applied to the data set related to the requirements of different software. The proposed methods have different phases. In the clustering phase, various clustering algorithms such as K-Means, hierarchical clustering, and Density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise (DBSCAN) have been used. In order to check the effectiveness of clustering methods, the results obtained for the prioritization of requirements have been compared with the priority groups determined by experts. The results of the comparison show that the presented methods have good and acceptable performance for classifying requirements and clustering methods. Proposed method provides an average of 3% better performance. Manuscript profile

Relevance feedback approaches is used to improve the performance of content-based image retrieval systems. In this paper, a novel relevance feedback approach based on similarity measure modification in an X-ray image retrieval system based on fuzzy representation using fuzzy attributed relational graph (FARG) is presented. In this approach, optimum weight of each feature in feature vector is calculated using similarity rate between query image and relevant and irrelevant images in user feedback. The calculated weight is used to tune fuzzy graph matching algorithm as a modifier parameter in similarity measure. The standard deviation of the retrieved image features is applied to calculate the optimum weight. The proposed image retrieval system uses a FARG for representation of images, a fuzzy matching graph algorithm as similarity measure and a semantic classifier based on merging scheme for determination of the search space in image database. To evaluate relevance feedback approach in the proposed system, a standard X-ray image database consisting of 10000 images in 57 classes is used. The improvement of the evaluation parameters shows proficiency and efficiency of the proposed system. Manuscript profile
