Measurment and collecting data instruments were : Perceived D istributional Justice (Kim, Moon, and Tikoo, 2004 ), Procedural and Interactional Juctice ( Tabarsa , Esmaeli Givi and Esmaeli Givi , 1389s.c./2016), POI (Mael and Ashforth, 1992), POS (Edwards, 2009), PJS (Spector, 1985), and PTI (Sager, Griffeth and Hom, 1998). Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and path analysis method by LISREL software. Findings revealed acceptable correlation between all variables in the study, and all hypotheses in all following pathes were confirmed (P < 0.05): included: positive effect of perceived organizational justice on perceived organizational identification, and perceived organizational justice on job satisfaction, perceived organizational justice on organizational support, organizational support on job satisfaction, perceived organizational identification on job satisfaction, and negative effect of organizational support on perceived turnover intention, perceived organizational identification on perceived turnover intention, and job satisfaction on perceived turnover intention. Therefore general surgeons and internists were randomly selected from the list of Isfahan medical certificate organization. The Maslash-Jackson Job Burnout Inventory (MJJBI) and a researcher-made Job Satisfaction Inventory (JSI) and a demographic questionnaire were used and filled by all subjects. The internal consistency coefficient for the first two questionnaires were and the concurrent validity coefficient between them was . It was hypothesized that there would be significant differences between the two groups in job-burnout subscales: emotional, personal accomplishment, depersonalization. The results of multivariate analysis of variance showed that general surgeons significantly scored higher on analysis of variance showing that general surgeons significantly scored higher than internists on the following scales: Total job burnout (P= ), emotional exhaustion (P= ), personal accomplishment (P= ), job satisfaction (P= ), however, with regard to depersonalization the difference was not significant. Also female physicians significantly scored higher than males on the following variables: Total job burn-out (P= ), emotional exhaustion (P= ), job satisfaction (P= ). But the differences between the males and females mean score of depersonalization and personal accomplishment were not significant. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating role of retirement plan, retiring stage and retirement time in the relationship between reduction of income, health and job satisfaction before retirement AND psychological well-being after retirement. Research method is descriptive-correlative, performed on the employees close to retirement in an industrial complex in Esfahan. To test the hypotheses, a sample of 893 people was gathered through Convenience method. Data gathering took place with measures including CES-D scale (Raulf, 1977), questions measuring reduction of income, health and job satisfaction before retirement extracted from health and retirement survey (HRS, 1992), and questions measuring retirement plan and retirement expectation extracted from Wolfgang(2014). For data analysis correlation coefficient and subgroups analysis (for moderating analysis) was used. Results indicated that there is a positive relationship between job satisfation and well-being before retirement AND psychological well-being after retirement, on the other hand, there is a negative relationship between expected time of retirement, self-reported reduction of health, expert-reported reduction of health AND psychological well-being (p<0.01). Also, in the relationship between reduction of income, health and job satisfaction before retirement AND psychological well-being after retirement, there is a moderating effect by retirement plan, bridge job and expected time(earlier or later than expected) of retirement (p<0.01). University staff, as the creators of the required conditions for education in any society, should be equipped with moral literacy and desirable job satisfaction. Therefore, they need continuous training in order to be aware of the effectiveness of training results by using comprehensive assessment. Accordingly, the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of positive thinking on professional ethics and job satisfaction of the staff of Islamic Azad University, Susangard Branch. The research design is quasi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of this study included 55 employees of the Islamic Azad University, Susangard Branch in 2018.Among them are people who are in the pre-test stage of professional ethics and job satisfaction; A standard deviation was lower than the mean. In simple random sampling, 24 subjects were selected and randomly divided into experimental and control groups, with 12 subjects in each group. Data were collected using the Kadozir (2002) Professional Ethics Questionnaire and the Spector (1997) Job Satisfaction Questionnaire. The experimental group received 8 sessions of 90 minutes and only one session of positive thinking skills training as an intervention each week. While the control group did not receive any training. Data analysis was performed by univariate and multivariate analysis of covariance. Statistical analysis of data in two stages of post-test and follow-up showed that positive thinking skills training has a positive and significant effect on professional ethics and job satisfaction of the staff of the Islamic Azad University, Susangard Branch. According to these results, faculty and university administrators can use positive thinking skills training to increase professional ethics and job satisfaction of university staff. The aim of this study was investigate the relationship between of core self-evaluations with job satisfaction considering mediating role of work-family conflict and work-family facilitation. Statistical society was employees of an industrial company so that sample was selected from 200 persons of them stratified random method. The instruments which used in this research were core self-evaluations, work-family conflict, work-family facilitation and job satisfaction questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient, structure equation modeling (SEM) and mediation analysis. The results showed that the proposed model fit the data properly. Also all direct and indirect effects were significant. In fact, core self-evaluations directly and indirectly are lead to job satisfaction.
