By expanding the use of computers in various aspects of people's lives, a huge amount of data is generated. Mostly this data contains valuable information. Data mining can enable us to extract required information and benefit from them. Data mining enables us to identify hidden patterns in data sets and use them for prediction. One of the areas that is faced with the massive production of data is the area of treatment. This study will focus in particular on orthopedics. This research is looking for using technology and data mining techniques from existing data in hospital's database to reach valuable information and predict possibility of breaks which require orthopedics surgery. This may support doctors to make their decisions easier, faster and more accurately in serving patients. This research is conducted by using the CRISP methodology. The result of this research shows that the combination of the CHAID algorithm and the Boosting cumulative amplified neural network can provide the desired accuracy in prediction of the need for orthopedics surgery. The purpose of this study is to express fraud or no fraud in beauty surgery. Present study is carried out using descriptive and analytic method and it is concluded that different plastic surgeries which are done to improve the beauty of the client cannot be considered as fraud providing that no deception happens during the operation. Fraud is forbidden in Islamic viewpoint because it causes lose for others. Accordingly, the following cases are not frauds: 1. Married woman; 2. If a woman does not intend to get married; 3. When the man is aware of the surgery before the marriage; 4. In the cases that the person publicizes his/her surgery to others. This kind of fraud and hiding the truth cannot terminate marriage contract unexpectedly. In fact, if the problem cannot be forgiven (blindness, for instance) or there is a condition within marriage contract that is not fulfilled, the other side of the contract can terminate it. Accelerated wound healing was the first application for this type of laser. In terms of green lightlaser ability which whether it can enhance wound healing or not there is some disagreement. thisstudy was done in order to compare the green and red light lasers (less powered one) in terms ofaccelerated wound healing which can be done surgically on the skin. In this study thirty healthy, mature hamster from suyrian strain was selected and randomly divided into three different groupas below: A: control group, B: group which was under the radiation of low level red laser, C:group which was under the radiation of low level green laser. After the induction of generalanesthesia, the straight incision at the length of two cm was created in the dorsal zone of animal, then by means of nylon 5-0 was sutured in a simple manner. In the group A the cutted sitewithout any intervention was remained intact in order to proceed first type of wound healing, inthe group B (by red laser) and C (by means of green laser) the cutted site was treated with thevelocity of 0.5 J/cm2 during one minute by constant movement of lasers on the surface of incisionwhich was continued up to six days. Sampling was done in the 3th 7th, and 12th days. Theaverage wound healing in groups B and C were significantly higher than the control group, butbetween the two green and red laser, there was no meaningful difference. Although the red lasera little bit was good during operation compared with the green one. Less powered laseraccelerates the process of wound healing. In those situations which the case is resistance towound healing we can use less powered lasers. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research is to investigate the mediating role of cognitive fusion variable related to body image in the relationship between self-compassion variable and body dysmorphic symptoms variable in women applying for beauty services .The method used in the existing research is a description of the correlation type (structural equation modeling). The statistical population included all women between 20 and 50 years old who visited beauty clinics in Tehran to receive beauty services or advice on beauty services. The sample of this research includes 319 people who were selected as available. In order to collect the information needed for the research, the questionnaires of the Self-Compassion Short Form Scale (SCS-SF), the Modified Yale-Brown Obsession Scale for Body Dysmorphic Disorder Phillips (BDD-YBOCS) and the Ferreira Body Image-Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire (CFQ-BI) were used. The data was analyzed with the help of structural equation modeling and according to the results of the present study, it can be stated that the meta-diagnostic factor of cognitive fusion related to body image plays a full mediating role in the relationship between self-compassion and body dysmorphic symptoms in women applying for cosmetic surgeries. In other words, it can be said that a non-judgmental attitude towards thoughts related to physical appearance gives a person the opportunity to psychologically distance himself from his thoughts and not fuses with them, and the symptoms of body dysmorphia are reduced in him. It is suggested that the results of the present study be used for the psychological training of cosmetic surgery applicants with dysmorphic syndromes, especially focusing on the concepts of self-compassion and cognitive fusion. Today, one of medical realities is the issue of plastic surgery containing two reconstructive plastic, parts and aesthetic plastic. In Iran current law system, only general verdict of surgery or medical operations are highlighted ("jeem (g) verse, article 158 of Islamic penalty law, 1392); but in the case of plastic surgery operations, there is no obvious verdict in laws and regulations. Therefore, one of the basic doubts and challenges in this respect is the issue of legality and or illegality of various forms of plastic surgery in that there are different views in Islamic jurisprudence among Shiite and other religious leaders. In the case of legality and or illegality of different aspects of the mentioned surgery operations. In this article, by investigating the basic concepts and Shiite scholars, views and the others about the legality and or illegality of plastic surgery and, too, the condition of creating and removing criminal responsibility of the physician, it can be concluded that in the legal system of Iran, regarding the well-known thesis of the Imamiyeh leaders and other reasons, we can take into account plastic surgery forms with respect to terms and conditions as legal surgery operation. AbstractFractures are important orthopaedic problems of birds of prey or raptors which are mainly caused by trauma. An adult female golden eagle (Aquila chrysaetos) was referred to the surgery division of the faculty of veterinary medicine, Islamic Azad University of Tabriz in November 2019. Traumatic injury of the upper left wing area was detected in clinical and orthopaedic examination and comminuted fracture of the humeral diaphysis was observed in radiography. Considering the type and anatomic location of the fracture, surgical treatment was conducted by means of internal fixation and intramedullary pinning. Surgical exposure of the humeral diaphysis was achieved by dorsal approach and a suitably sized intramedullary pin was inserted in a retrograde fashion inside the medullary cavity. Bone healing was evaluated post-operatively using serial radiographs. Complete bone healing occurred after 71 days and the intramedullary pin was removed. The bird returned to its normal pre-injury state following treatment and no complications resulting from the fracture or its surgical treatment was observed. Successful treatment of fractures in birds of prey is possible by adherence to principles of orthopaedic surgery and considering the unique features of these animals leading to the protection of these valuable species of wildlife in our country.              In this study, histometrical and histopathological effects of celery and spearmint essences which were mixed as lotion were evaluated on the process of wound healing following surgical skin trauma in the rat. Forty five female Wistar rats were selected and after anesthesia with xylazine and ketamine, four full thickness wounds were created on their dorsum using number 7 biopsy punch. The rats were then randomly divided to three equal groups and numbered. In group one the herbal lotion was administered at the lower dose of 2ml /cm2 twice a day, in group two the higher dose was administered at 2ml /cm2 four times a day while group three or the control group received placebo (distilled water). The treatment continued for 21 days during which daily digital images were taken from the wounds and the wound area calculated using digital image analysis software. Also on days 0, 3, 7, 14 and 21 after trauma, the wounds were biopsied for histopathological evaluations (3 rats/group) and these rats were omitted from the rest of the study. Histometrical and histopathological findings indicated the stimulatory effect of the herbal lotion on wound healing during the epithelialization phase and this stimulatory effect was more effective and prominent in the treatment group which received the lower dose and the results were statistically significant (p<0.01).   Manuscript profile

Traditional acupuncture is a growing modality of treatment worldwide. However, various acupuncture-related adverse effects had been reported. The common areas for intramuscular injections (IM) include cervical muscles, gluteal muscles and pectoral muscles. Contaminated hypodermic needles can result in abscess formation in injection area. Abscesses in the neck region caused by injection into the neck muscles or by using contaminated needles and resulting in cervical spinal cord damage and motor disturbances. Osteomyelitis of the cervical vertebra and spinal cord compression secondary to an abscess in the neck. Deep neck infections descend to the mediastinum through the retropharyngeal space (71% of cases) or the carotid sheath (21% of cases). Infection spread to the mediastinum is facilitated by gravity and negative intrathoracic pressure during respiration. This article expresses the occurrence of a cervical abscess at a 2- year- old mare, which resulted in good recovery using surgical drainage and lavage, and systemic antibiotics administration. Studying the Relationship between Apprehension towards Husband’s Infidelityand Body Management among the Married Women in TehranA. Adhami and M. Emami The present article aims to study the relationship between apprehension of husband’s infidelity and body management among the married women in Tehran, Iran. Based on qualitative grounded theory, we conducted in-depth semi-structured interviews with 25 subjects, all married living in Tehran. The concepts inherent in the narratives and anecdotes were extracted from the interviews and then codified into concrete categories which were ultimately classified under certain pivotal codes. These pivotal codes were distilled into certain selected codes which showed a phenomenon we called “fear from inattention and unseen.” Our main question in this study was whether apprehension of husband’s infidelity had any influence on women’s body management. Our subjects’ status and agency in their families and societies were faced with cultural and social constraints. We concluded that the subjects of the study had already tried to attract others’ attention and make themselves distinct by managing their bodies and even accepting its possibly harmful consequences. Keywords:fear, husband’s infidelity, body management, cosmetic surgery, beauty industry Manuscript profile

Introduction: Postoperative pain is a complex physiologic reaction to tissue injury. Postoperative analgesia by medical and nonmedical methods improves the clinical outcomes, prevents complications, economizes health services and improves patients life quality. Purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of Magnesium Sulphate infusion in operative room on pain relief after laparascopic cholecystectomy. Methods and Material: In this clinical trial, 40 patients of laparascopic cholecystectomy with ASA I and II and age range of 30-60 years, without any operation on bile cyst presented in the hospital. After obtaining consent, the patients devided in two groups. Magnesium (M) group received 50 mg/kg Magnesium Sulphate intravenously in 100 cc Normal Saline 0.9% and the control (C) group received 100 cc Normal Saline 0.9% after intubation. Evaluation of arterial blood pressure, heart rate and pulse oxymetry before infusion of Magnesium Sulphate or Normal Saline, 15 minutes after infusion begin and at the operation end, performed. Pain measured in rest and coughing in 6 and 12 hours after anesthesia end by VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) and dose of opium drug used in recovery, 0-6 and 7-12 hours after anesthesia end, measured then recorded in questionnaire. After gathering information, opium drug dose used and VAS index, in two groups compared in hours listed above and statistically analyzed. Results: In our study there was not significant difference between two groups in age and sex (P>0.05). Pain in rest and coughing in 6 and 12 hours after anesthesia end did not have significant difference between two groups (P>0.05) and sex and age did not have statistically effect on it. The two groups which we studied did not have important difference in dose of opium used in recovery, 0-6 and 7-12 hours after anesthesia end (P>0.05). Also systolic and diastolic blood pressure and arterial oxygen saturation between two groups did not have significant difference before infusion, 15 minutes after infusion begin and at the end of infusion (P>0.05). But the heart rate average at the end of infusion, in Magnesium Sulphate group (84.1 ± 9.6) was more than Normal Saline (77.2 ± 7.6) group (P= 0.004). Conclusion: In general, in the present study it is said that prescription of 50 mg/kg Magnesium Sulphate in operation room does not have effect on pain and dose of opium drug used after laparascopic cholecystectomy and also does not lead to change in systolic and diastolic blood pressure and arterial oxygen saturation compared with control group, during and at the end of this operation. But only causes significant increase in heart rate compared with control group, at the end of operation.     Manuscript profile

BACKGROUND: Antiemetics currently in use are not totally effective.Serotonin receptor antagonists are a new class of antiemeticsthat have shown promise for treatment of nausea andvomiting in many situations. This study evaluates the efficacy of the Serotonin receptor antagonist, ondansetron, for the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting. METHODS: This randomized, double-blind study compared the efficacy of an intravenous dose of ondansetron 4 mg with metoclopramide 10 mg for the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) in patients undergoing general anesthesia for openabdominal surgery. A total of 126 patients (63 ondansetron, 63 metoclopramide), ASA status I–II, aged 18–65yr,were included and received study medication 30 minutes after the induction of anaesthesia and a standardized anesthetic technique and intraoperative analgesia were used in all patients. The proportion of patients experiencing emesis or nausea and the duration of nausea and the number of emetic episodes, were recorded during the 24-h period after surgery. RESULTS: During the overall observation period (0-24 h), significantly more patients who received ondansetron had no emetic episodes (87.3%) than those who received metoclopramide (73%, P = 0.044). A higher proportion of patients receiving ondansetron (71.4%) did not experience nausea (metoclopramide 63.5%, P=0.342). CONCLUSIONS: Ondansetron was superior to metoclopramide for preventionof vomiting in the first 24h after surgury and the total number of emetic episodes was reduced significantly compared with metoclopramide, but no significant differenceswere observed between ondansetron and metoclopramide for nauseacontrol or treatment failure.   Manuscript profile

Background & Purpose: Bezoar is an intraluminal mass in the gastrointestinal tract that is formed by the accumulation of indigestible materials. Trichobezoar is the accumulation of hair and fur that passes through the esophagus and becomes a foreign body in the stomach or intestines. The pyloric region is a frequent site of obstruction which can block the gastric outlet. The notability of diet in rabbits is so high that poor nutrition with low fiber, protein, carbohydrates and high fat result in bloating and accumulation. Materials & Methods: In the studied animal, clinical signs, graphs and blood analysis revealed an accumulation of gas in the stomach and intestines and an aggregation of foreign body. The Exploratory laparotomy technique was approved to correct the complication. Results: After induction of anesthesia and a ventral midline incision, the furry and greasy masses were removed and the incision area was sutured. The animal began to gain weight after 14 days by correcting the diet and kept on living. Conclusion: It is recommended that to preparing starter feed due to a limited capacity for hydrolysis of several components at early ages, high amounts of digestible foods which are rich in fat and protein, with low fiber should be used to prevent disorders such as bloating and obstruction. AbstractCase Description- An adult male dog (skye terrier breed)affiliated with the trauma history in thoracic limb elbow was referred to the Department of Veterinary Surgery and Radiology of Shahrekord University. Clinical sings included severe lameness of the involved limb, swelling and pain in the palpation and the creation of a crack in the elbow area. Clinical Findings- In the evaluation of the region's Radiology section, the fracture of the humeral condyle and displacement of the elbow joints was determined.Treatment and Outcome- The final treatment for surgical intervention was chosen to establish the internal fixation of fracture parts by using the transcondylar lag screw method and then using the screw and plates.Clinical Relevance- The humeral condylar fractures in the dog is the common fracture cases because the existence supracondylar foramen in the humerus bone, renders the dog prone to such fractures. Humeral condylar fractures can be divided into lateral condylar, medial condylar and intercondylar fractures. Humeral condylar fractures may be seen in any breed of dog although spaniels are commonly affected due to their predisposition to incomplete ossification of the humeral condyle (IOHC). Dogs with a recent humeral condylar fracture present with non-weightbearing thoracic limb lameness. The diagnosis is readily made from orthogonal radiographs. To fixation the fracture parts, using the transcondylar lag screw method whit a Kirschner wire (K-wire). In the intercondylar fractures, using two plates (using a bilateral approach) is attempted to fix the fractured parts. Manuscript profile

Prolapse, penile paralysis and paraphimosis are conditions affect turtle’s penis.Paraphymosis is swelling and congestion of penis caused by some factors such as stress in land turtles. It is rarein water turtles. A land turtle was referred to private small animal clinic with a history of falling in a deep wail. When he brought out of the wail, the owner noticed a swelling under his tail. There was a prolapsed deep purplemass with two lobes in anal region in clinical examinations. Dorso-ventral and lateral radiographs were taken.Radiographs showed just a soft tissue mass at the anal regions. Tentative diagnosis of the penile prolapsed weremade. The mass was removed by surgical methods and pathology diagnosed it was penis and confrmed prolapsedwith necrotic tissue of penis. Post surgical complications were anorexia, absence of defecation for fve days despiteof treatment with antibiotics therapy for 3 weeks. Appetite and defecation back to normal after removing thelegated sutures. Prolapsed of the penis can be treated by lubricating the penis and pushing it back to cloacae but inthis case surgical approach was chosen because of ischemia and necrosis. Manuscript profile
