  Organizations to face and deal with uncertainty, maintaining the situation and create creativity in the competitive arena to expand their know ledge management and organizational mutually creativity employees as a strategic needs and necessary for leadership at the competitiveness, among the priority programmers. As the present study examined the impact of innovation on organizational knowledge management staff Telecom Hamedan Province has been done. in this study the impact of knowledge management aspects, including production and knowledge acquisition, storage and organize knowledge, sharing knowledge, assessing knowledge, applying knowledge, as an independent variable on organizational creativity employees as a dependent variable .The demographic research, telecommunications company employees are Hamedan Province and this research in terms of the target of an applied research and descriptive survey method of data collection and after approval and indicators associated with the independent and dependent variable by the Assembly of Experts, questionnaires stability using Cronbach’s coefficient ./938 is measured in statistical model consists of 250 people who all a number of sampling method is distributed and analyze the data collected using the software Lisrel to assess the pattern of structural equations and SPSS to the regression analysis. The findings of the study showed the dimensions of knowledge management, including production and knowledge acquisition, storage and organize knowledge, sharing knowledge, assessing knowledge, applying knowledge and institutional creativity.   Nowadays, due to rapidly changing technology and rapidly growing creation and development of and changing nature of organization activities to knowledge activities, application of knowledge management in organizations has become increasingly important. In addition to knowledge, innovation as the most important factor for survival of organizations and is an important source of competitiveness for many organization. For this reason, This study assesses the relationship between knowledge management process and organizational innovation, and analyzes the effect of each component of knowledge management process and organizational innovation. The aim of this present study is functionality and in terms of the method is descriptive survey. The population of this research consisted of top and middle managers of patented construction companies in Association of Construction Companies and mass in Tehran. Data were collected by using questionnaire with a sample of over 250 persons of population. computing indexes validity by CVR test and for computing indexes reliability Cronbach's alpha index were used. The results confirm that there is a significant relationship between Knowledge management process and its components to organizational innovation and also knowledge Applying More than two-component knowledge sharing, and knowledge acquisition has a direct and positive impact on organizational innovation.   این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه بین مدیریت دانش و مصرف کالاهای فرهنگی در میان معلمان و مربیان آموزشی دبیرستان‌های فریدن به صورت پیمایشی در سال 1397 انجام گرفته است. از جامعه آماری 155 نفره این پژوهش به کمک جدول حجم نمونه مورگان 105 نفر برای تحلیل انتخاب شدند و نتایج گویای وجود رابطه معنادار بین دو متغیر اصلی پژوهش در دو بعد بررسی رابطه دو متغیره و در بعد مدلسازی معادله ساختاری هستند. به نحوی که هر دو ضریب به دست آمده مثبت و معنادار است. به عبارت بهتر میزان مدیریت دانش افراد تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر میزان مصرف کالاهای فرهنگی آنان دارد.   Purpose: The aim of this research is proposing the model of relationship between social capital and tacit knowledge sharing and knowledge used in public libraries of West Azerbaijan which covered by national public library institution using Structural equation modeling approach. Methodology: The research is a survey and basically scrutinizing the correlation of the research factors. The statistical population of this research is all of the staffs (except workers) who employed in public libraries that covered by national public library institution in west Azerbaijan. In this research, based on knowledge management process, the tacit knowledge sharing, knowledge using and knowledge organizing factors were selected to study. In this study, various methods were used for data analysis. Findings: The favorable status of social capital, tacit knowledge sharing, knowledge using, and knowledge organizing in public libraries of west Azerbaijan is more than middle and there is a significant relation between social capital and tacit knowledge sharing and knowledge using. Conclusion: The outcomes show that social capital is effective in tacit knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing. Also, knowledge organizing has an efficient role in making relation between social capital and tacit knowledge sharing and knowledge using. Manuscript profile
