        Introduction and purpose of the Research: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Islamic work ethics and attitude to organizational change among employees and managers in Isfahan governor. Methods: The research methodology was based on descriptive and correlation method. The research population consists of all the employees and managers of Isfahan governor the number 416. Through Cochran's sampling formula, 370 subjects were selected through random sampling. Findings: the research instrument’s in this study were Islamic work ethics questionnaire written by Ali (1998) with chronbach alpha 0.873 and attitvde to toward organizational change of Dunham and etal (1989) with chronbach alpha 0.772 Validity of questionnaire were used with content face and construct valididy.the deta analysed with descriptive statistics and pearson s correlation. Conclusion: Rsults showed that Islamic work ethics and attitvde to toward organizational change had been significant correlation with (p<0.05).   Manuscript profile

        The main objective of this research is to explain the components of social capital affecting the performance of municipal employees (case study in 22nd district of Tehran). The research is based on the purpose of the applied and data-gathering method of descriptive-correlative research. The statistical population of the survey was all 797 employees of Tehran 22nd district of Tehran. Based on Morgan's table, the sample should be 260 people. A total of 280 questionnaires were distributed and 267 questionnaires were returned to the researcher in full. The data collection in this research was done through a standard social capital questionnaire and job performance questionnaire. A social capital questionnaire has 21 items with structural, relational and cognitive dimensions. A job function questionnaire with 44 items was used. Regarding the use of standard questionnaires and with the approval of supervisors and counselors, the validity of the tool is formal. By distributing 30 questionnaires between managers and experts and the results obtained with final Cronbach alpha for social capital of 0.806 and final Cronbach alpha For job performance 0.894 Confirmed. The results of the t test at the 95% confidence level indicate that the status of the social capital and job performance of the employees are above the average. The study adopted an applied descriptive survey as its methodology. The statistical sample of the study comprised all employees at Islamic Azad University of Sari summing up to 259 subjects. Using Kerjecie and Morgan table, 170 employees were selected through stratified random sampling based on gender. a researcher–made questionnaire was used to collect data the face and content validity of which were determined by experts and certified professionals in the field and the reliability was estimated to be 0/88 using Cronbach's alpha. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. The results of the study showed that all three dimensions of social capital including structural, cognitive and communication aspects had a positive impact on organizational excellence and the cognitive aspect had the greatest impact on organizational excellence and structural and communication aspects were placed next, respectively Manuscript profile

        One of the main issues managers face with, is to improve the performance of employees and in turn increase the organizational productivity. In the present study, among the factors affecting the employee's performance, the social capital is addressed. In this respect, In order to access the purpose of this study, Nahapiet & Ghoshal Models were used to examine the effect of social capital. Although a standard questionnaire was used to collect data for the study, its reliability and durability were approved by reporters viewpoints and α coefficient of chronbach respectively. 75 questionnaires were collected out of 78 ones distributed amongst statistical population. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software. Since the present research was correlational type, spearman correlation coefficient was used for statistical analysis. Statistical hypothesis testing indicated a positive relationship between social capital and the performance of employees. Thus the organizations enjoying the capability of flexibility and  adapting with the changes will manage to survive  such changing tides .This requires the organization to take on a dynamic role with regard to all its areas of activity in particular that of social capital. This study aims to investigate the relationship between organizational entrepreneurship and social capital, using a surveying method and serving an applied purpose. The Morgan Table was used to select a sample of 137 bank staff out of the population of all bank staff in Qazvin province.         One of the significant capabilities of any organization that can contribute to performance improvement and productivity is social capital. The current study, therefore, aims to investigate the effects of social capital on performance improvement in manufacturing industries. In this study the model of Nahapit and Goshal was applied to measure the social capital. To collect data Anidro Krishna standard questionnaire, which is published by the World Bank, was employed, and revised to adapt to cultural and organizational structure of Iran institutions. In addition its validity was confirmed by some experts. The output was confirmed by Cranach's coefficient alpha. To measure social capital, 1100 questionnaires were distributed among 1668 workers in 11 factories   producing Detergent, Hygienic and Cosmetic products, from which 647 were collected. To investigate performance, 7 financial and non-financial indexes were selected and then homogenized. The research method was descriptive and analytical. In addition, interviewees were middle-level managers, office workers and factory workers. Spearman correlation coefficient was employed to conduct statistical analysis of the data as the design of the study was correlation. The results show that in these eleven companies, there is a significant relationship between social capital and some indexes of their performance. In other words, some indicators of performance are improved through increasing social capital. Manuscript profile

        This research aims to examine the relationship between cultural intelligence and choosing movies genre in Master of Science students of Humanities in Islamic Azad University of Tabriz.  This is a descriptive (non experimental method) and correlative study and the statistical population consisted of 2173 among whom 315 Master of Science students of Humanities in Islamic Azad University of Tabriz were chosen via stratified random sampling method. The data were collected through Ang et al (2004) cultural intelligence scale and a demographic questionnaire measured demographic information and the favorite movie genres. The data were analyzed by multivariate regression.         The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between social capital and the implementation of electronic banking in Ansar Bank of Kerman in 1400 in Kerman. The statistical population of this study was 190 employees of Ansarshahr banks in Kerman, of which 120 people were randomly selected for the sample size according to Morgan table. In order to collect data, two social capital questionnaires of Nahapit and Goshal (1998) and e-banking implementation questionnaire were used. The reliability of the Social Capital Questionnaire was 0.91 and the reliability of the Electronic Banking Implementation Questionnaire was 0.72 and the face and content validity of this questionnaire was confirmed by professors and experts. Used. The significance level of the test is α = 0.05. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant relationship between social capital and the implementation of electronic banking in Ansar Bank of Kerman and the variables entered in the model explain 54% of the variance of the dependent variable (criterion). Among the components of social capital The most important role in predicting the criterion variable was the communication dimension component of social capital and the structural dimension component had the least role.
