The need for integration has long been the focus of researchers and industry managers. Therefore, some researchers sought to coordinate and integrate production, maintenance and repair. The issues of integrating production planning, maintenance and repair and quality control with other parts of production and industrial systems reduce costs and increase the profitability of production organizations. Accordingly, in this research, integration and continuity in simultaneous planning of production areas and support in production organizations have been discussed. These areas include the schedule of production, maintenance and preventive maintenance, and human resources. Therefore, the mathematical optimization model is presented with the aim of manpower planning and increasing the volume of the company's production by considering the limitations of human resources. In this model, personnel skills, equipment usage rate and equipment failure rate in case of uncertainty with fuzzy method are used in the model parameters. The purpose of the proposed model is to minimize the labor force deficit over production efficiency. The results obtained from the implementation in a production organization by comparing the indefinite and meta-innovative solution show the improvement in the company's production with the least reasonable time, provide answers with the least possible error. Sensitivity analysis shows that the rate of equipment failure in the intervals before and after the preventive maintenance process has a great impact on the value of the objective function of the mathematical model. ERP projects are one of the information technology projects that encounter with high failure rates. Thus, it is required for the risk assessment of the enterprise resource planning implementation to be performed before the project starts. In addition to assessing the risk of ERP establishment, the purpose of the present study is to compare the risk ratings in both pre-establishment and establishment phases. Moreover, the heuristic AHP method considered during the establishment phase combined with FMEA provides more accurate results. Thus, the ERP implementation risks were first identified in this study and classified according to four categories of balanced score card (BSC). The results of the analysis show that the financial risk had the highest risk in the pre- establishment phase and the risk related to the process was first in the establishment phase......ERP projects are one of the information technology projects that encounter with high failure rates. This article seeks to establish a logical connection between the basic concepts and create a framework for better understanding of ERP and its implementation. Also, the paper tries to be understandable and gives a better description of the Enterprise Resource Planning system with a non-technical method in ERP software packets by showing of a page of operation in maintenance unit. Since most of the managers know and deal with 4P business model and its components and they can communicate with it easily, the primary structure of the ERP system is derived from this model. ERP system is divided into four main components: 1. Software, 2. Customer points of view, 3. Change management, and 4. Internal processes of the system. The methodology is another component which is involved in abovementioned four components for providing integration/unity and implementation in the organized method. Maintenance planning is used for continuity of production with manpower to help to keep the equipment in normal conditions. As equipment is considered as the main sources of the organization, their maintenance would be important and this could be done easily by using this software system. Consequently, we can develop the better understanding of ERP complexity in system and processes which contribute to performance by creating conceptual model and features of different elements.  Manuscript profile

Need to create within organizational and inter-organizational integration in the supply chain environment and extensive changes in the field of technology and information systems have been the main factors in the formation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. One of the factors for the success of the implementation of these systems and also the main purpose of this study is to correctly identify the risks in the three phases before, during and after the implementation of ERP systems in the study industry, then evaluate the risks obtained and it is appropriate to respond them. Literature reviewed and 52 factors were identified as failure factors of ERP projects. Then, with purposive sampling methodology were interviewed by six experts in the field of ERP systems, which adjusted the risk indicators and achieved 40 risk indicators. A questionnaire was used to collect data to analyze the risk values and data were analyzed by SPSS and Excel software. This paper examines a practical approach to using the risk matrix to assess the risks of ERP implementation in the upstream steel industry. This approach supports key project stakeholders such as the employer, contractor and consultant to meet their obligations and minimize the negative effects on ERP project performance in terms of cost, time and quality objectives . Finally, the risks were divided into three levels: Critical (unacceptable), High (significant) and Medium, and the strategy for dealing with them was described in three categories: Risk avoidance, Active acceptance and Transfer.
