Presentation of a public sector human resource planning model with an effective approach and organizational productivity

Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to present a model of human resource planning in the public sector with an effective approach and organizational productivity. The community is experts and managers of the Ministry of Islamic Guidance in Fars province. In this research, 100 senior managers and process managers are considered as examples, due to the limited number of people in the community, a total number method has been used. Due to the lack of information on human resource management as well as the management nature of this research, the community should be selected from the directors and experts of the Ministry of Islamic Guidance of the Islamic Republic of Fars province, which justifies the statistical population of the study. In order to identify the factors influencing human resource planning, library technique was used. 18 factors identified were evaluated by 59 items. In the exploratory factor analysis technique, 18 factors were classified into three groups of occupational factors, organizational factors, and individual factors. Using confirmatory factor analysis technique, we examined the items, sub factors and the main factors.
