By studying financial crises and stress in recent years, especially in Iran, and its rapid spread and transfer to the economy, it can be seen that the effects of financial stress on macro variables in the field of knowledge-based economy have been given less attention. Therefore, the aim of this research is to estimate the response of macro variables related to the field of the knowledge economy (economic complexity index) in the face of financial stress shocks in Iran. In order to achieve this goal, the effects of systemic financial stress shocks on economic complexity and its determinants, including foreign direct investment, are evaluated during the period of 2017-2018 with the help of the Bayesian autoregression approach. The results of the study show It shows that the investigated variables, including economic complexity and foreign direct investment, react negatively to financial stress shocks in the long term, and their reaction is dampened over time. One cannot deny the effects of human capital of a country on its economic development process. The Elite's emigration is one of the most important damages and challenges for the human capital of a country, which as a reality, in the past decades, have resulted in the loss of a significant part of human capital in the underdeveloped and developing countries in favor of developed countries. Witnessing decades of ascending trend of the elite's emigration after '79 revolution, Iran has been no exception in this regard. Repulsing factors in the country, as the findings of the present descriptive-analytical research showed, play a significant role in the accelerated and increased emigration of Iranian elites after revolution. Certain adopted economic policies (beside the lack of economic freedom), the unequal distribution of higher education system, and the lack of proper support for the elite's entrepreneurship process are important examples of these impacting factors. Developing knowledge–based economy, providing the related infrastructures, removing bureaucracy, and equal quantity distribution of higher education system seem to be largely effective in controlling and decreasing the phenomenon of the elite's emigration. The present article studies and evaluates the status of Iran and forty selected countries in the field of knowledge-based economy. The research method is to calculate their efficiency through the use of data envelopment analysis. Data envelopment analysis is one of the methods to calculate the efficiency of decision-making units by using linear mathematical programming with multiple inputs and outputs. Accordingly, the efficiency of the selected countries was evaluated based on the input-oriented CCR model and by using the 13 Components of knowledge-based economy, with total labor force, GDP, gross capital formation, total expenditure spent on ICT, and value added services in GDP as the inputs, and high-tech exports, number of researchers in research and development, number of Internet users, fixed line and mobile telephones, labor productivity, and international relations as the outputs. According to the results of the present article, Iran is placed 29 among the selected countries. It seems that by following the policies of the USA and China, Iran can be promoted in this regard Manuscript profile

In a knowledge-based economy, developing the knowledge and skills will lead to the innovation which in turn increase the productivity and revenue and reduce the inflation and unemployment. Due to the importance of applying the knowledgeto improve economic conditions, this paper has attempted to illustrate  the effect of knowledge-based economy on the inflation in Iran by using annualtime series data during         1978-2011 applying Auto Regressive Distributed Lagmodel(ARDL) to test and analyze the data. The Research results show a significant correlation between the inflation rate and the knowledge based economy elements including education and human resource development, economic and institutional regime, innovation, infrastructure and information systems. The research also emphasize that this correlation will be negative in long-term for all elements except education and human resource development that it is positive. That is, by a knowledge-based economy, the inflation will be decreased in long run. Manuscript profile

This research aims at identifying the effective components of the organizational structure of the University of Entrepreneurship that contribute to the creation of knowledge-based economics. The research method was a cross-sectional method and the statistical population included experts and experts in the field of growth centers in Azad-e-Azad universities in Fars. Sampling was targeted in qualitative study and in a stratified random sampling. In the qualitative section of 11 people in the interview process and in the quantitative section with a population of 976 people, 277 people participated as an example in this study. The data gathering tool was an interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. After confirming the validity, its reliability was 83%. For analyzing the data, descriptive statistics and inferential part of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were used. The results of the research in the qualitative section indicated that in the framework of the knowledge economy, 8 components were identified in the organizational structure dimension. In the quantitative part, the findings showed that the component of all-round attention to innovation in the university with the highest factor load (79.0) and the decision-making component of the informal and council with the lowest factor load (68.0), of the total variance And other components are important in the next order respectively. The final pattern of the research was confirmed by fitting indices, standard coefficients. The coefficient of influence of the components in the organizational structure of the entrepreneurial university in creating a knowledge-based economy alone is the highest impact factor in the component of universal attention to innovation in the university with 79/7 and the least in the decision making component, informally and councilly. From this point of view, the use of natural resources (land), labor force and human management are the most important jurisprudential mechanisms of production and employment. Also, the production and application of knowledge, the use of expert staff, double work, proper management of resources, economic jihad and promoting the culture of consumption of domestic goods are among the most important mechanisms for the realization of the knowledge-based economy. Conclusion: Regarding the role of knowledge-based economy in production and employment and therefore economic development, it is necessary to formulate policies in line with the production of knowledge and the use of expert and efficient forces.
