        Introduction: In the current world, organizations continuously improve their performance in order to maintain survival. Therefore, the present study attempts to investigate the effect of organizational transparency on reducing administrative corruption with the interactions of organizational trust in Tehran Municipality health centers. Methods: This research is descriptive and data collection method is a survey and a questionnaire has been used to collect information. Validity of the approved questionnaire and its ending according to Cronbach's alpha are acceptable for all components. The statistical population of this study includes physicians and nurses of Tehran Municipality health centers. The Cochran formula was used to determine the sample size. The method of information analysis is using the structural equation modeling technique and using the LISREL software. Results: Organizational transparency has a positive and significant effect on decreasing administrative corruption in Tehran Municipality centers. Confirmation of t = 78/7 - Organizational Transparency has a positive and significant effect on the organizational trust of Tehran Municipality centers. Confirmation of t = 42/6 - Organizational trust has a positive and significant effect on the reduction of administrative corruption in Tehran Municipality's health centers. Approval is t = 54.5. Conclusion: The results showed that transparency on trust and corruption is effective, but trust in the reduction of administrative corruption in the health centers of Tehran municipality does not affect. If there is transparency in the organization, it can be countered by this phenomenon. Manuscript profile

             The mother's feelings of parenting ability are titled "maternal self-efficacy" that affects maternal actions. This research plans to Investigation of the role of self-care dimensions in parenting self-efficacy in women referring to Ahvaz health centers. In order to proposed model study, 381 women referring to 4 health centers of Ahvaz city in the year 2016 were selected by stage random sampling method and completed the Mindful Self-Care Scale and the Parenting Sense of Competence Scale. Gathered data were analyzed by using SPSS-21 software. The results of this study showed that self-care dimensions accounted for 40% of maternal self-efficacy variable variance. The most important predictors of maternal self-efficacy included environmental self-care, medicine and mindfulness. These findings make it clear that, despite the experience and parenting education, physical health and mental relaxation have an impact on a mother ability to perform her duties, and these have a significant share.         In the present research, the role of hospital librarians regarding delivery of information to medical doctors, specialists, and assistant was evaluated. In this descriptive research, the society of medical doctors, specialists, and assistants were studied. To collect needed data, 250 questionnaires distributed based on simple random sampling method among physicians in 5 educational hospitals. Among them, 153 subjects completed and returned the questionnaire. The results showed that %65.45 of specialists refer to educational hospital libraries one day per week, so the hypothesis that specialists refer to this libraries less than any other ones was rejected. The most important problem was limited work hours. Friedman's ranking test showed specialists prefer to get information from their colleague because it is convenient and fast (%6.38). Also using non-parametric √k2 test, most specialists refer to libraries one day every week. Results concerning relation between educational degree and the time of using libraries show no meaningful differences. But the libraries facilities are important factors for those who refer them. Finally, %75.8 of them agreed that obtained information was useful. %93.5 of medical doctors confirmed that librarians can play an important role in preparing necessary up-to-date information for prevention, care and treatment.   Manuscript profile
