        Social Interaction is one of the basic and essential needs of human being that significantly affects the social and individual health. Sociologist and psychologist have always emphasized its formation and continuity. This subject has always been considered in the field of Architecture and Urban Design as an important aim in creating new urban spaces. The research seeks to enhance social interactions in public urban spaces particularly streets. Once a street is inviting and appointed with what residents may need, residents go into it to meet their needs or for their leisure time. In this way people find the chance to meet each other and start to socialize. Over time, one point of their way will become the Meeting Place. Presence in this type of places will increase fixation morality of cooperation. Residents voluntarily go to a place that meets their needs. Residents are looking for comfort and social interactions in Urban Spaces. Designing urban spaces as a connection between urban neighborhoods should be helpful in the context of social interactions. Correct way of design and prediction of dynamic activities can lead to implementation of more attractive place. Social sustainability of an area is a situation that residents of that local area are satisfied with living there with their neighbors. The main purpose of this paper is to define and recognize the affect of urban amenities and constituent qualitative components of urban streets at neighborhood scale in the extent of social indecision and sustainable civil relations. Therefore this present study is categorized in the analytical and exploratory researches which carried out on streets of Tehran concentrating on the social interactions and qualitative characteristics of urban streets. In this research it is initially tried to identify effective components of how an Urban Space is being inviting, particularly urban streets with better accessibility among urban neighborhoods presenting characteristics of Urban Environment. Also the impact of an urban space fabric and functions on the formation of social interactions is considered. These mentioned parameters were noted in the literature studies and theories of theoreticians like Whyte, Gehl, Carr, Lennard, Porta, S, Renne, J and Naghizadeh. Finally after introducing socialization of Urban Spaces in Iran, an interlocal boulevard is designed to attract residents to communicate and have social interactions using an analytical method with developed theoretical framework model. This model introduced effective factors of designing more healthy Urban Spaces. According to results obtained from the theoretical framework and field observations this fact is concluded that lack of attention to Urban Fabric, activities and its current function appropriateness to Urban Fabric characteristics in access roads, can be the main reason in reducing qualitative aspects of attraction in urban spaces and formation of the social interactions. It is also undeniable that presence of residents in particular places is an effective factor to attract and invite other people. Various fields of activities must be located in appropriate location in urban places. Locating different uses in a correct way that provides people presence in various times of day and night.         The study is to examine the factors affecting promote a culture of quality in the university system, the University of North Tehran, is done. The study population consisted of university students of this university. Given the population distribution to all students in research and the unavailability of information, according to the criteria of the sampling population (based on the sampling method set forth in Table Morgan) (265) was selected as subjects. For any individual, the target population, have an equal chance in the selection of a simple random sampling method is used. This study is applied and the way the survey and the data in this research field and library. To gather the information and data required in this questionnaire that includes 35 items and is adjusted by the investigator 74/0 reliability based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient is estimated that indicates the validity of the instrument. Analysis of the data for this study was conducted at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. The data described in the section variables and variables by using indices of frequency, relative frequency, mean, standard deviation and variance are presented in tables and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used and t a community for hypothesis testing.         امروزه شرکت‌ها به اهمیت فروش به خوبی واقفند و در تلاشند تا با افزایش حجم فروش در فضای رقابتی موجود در بازارها، وضعیت خود را تثبیت و یا بهبود بخشند. هدف تحقیق حاضر تبیین عوامل موثر در اثربخشی فروش است. این پژوهش از نوع کیفی است و از روش گراندد تئوری بمنظور شناسایی مقوله‌های زیربنایی اثربخشی فروش شرکت‌ها استفاده می‌کند. داده‌های پژوهش از مصاحبه با 10 نفر از خبرگان صنعت مواد غذایی استان گیلان بدست آمدند. به منظور تحلیل داده‌های بدست آمده از روش کدگذاری در نرم افزار MAXQDA استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان از استخراج 287 مفهوم (با لحاظ تکرارها) از درون مصاحبه‌ها در مرحله اول (کدگذاری باز) داشت. با در نظر گرفتن ارتباط بین مفاهیم در سطح کدگذاری محوری (گام دوم) به 26 مقوله تقلیل یافتند، و در مرحله سوم (کد گذاری گزینشی) 6 مضمون شناسایی شد. مضامین شناسایی شده یا به عبارت دیگر عوامل موثر بر اثربخشی فروش سازمانی شامل جهت‌گیری‌های استراتژیک شرکت، قابلیت‌های بازاریابی، مدیریت کنترل فروش، عملکرد نیروی فروش و عوامل محیطی می‌باشند. اثربخشی فروش هم به ابعاد (مقوله) متشکل از سرمایه‌گذاری، سودآوری، سهم بازار و رضایت مشتری تقسیم بندی گردید.         این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نقش متغیرهای محیطی بر کاهش پیامدهای طرح هدفمندی یارانه­ها بر گلخانه­داران استان سمنان انجام شد. نمونه آماری شامل 287 گلخانه­دار بود که از طریق فرمول کوکران تعداد آنها تعیین گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از نرم افزارSPSS21 استفاده گردید. ابزار اصلی پژوهش پرسشنامه بود که براساس مبانی تئوریک طراحی گردید و پس از اصلاح محتوا با فرمول کوکران مقدار آلفای آن 87/7 محاسبه شد. از همبستگی و رگرسیون برای تحلیل فرضیه­ها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد کاهش هزینه­های جاری، استفاده از سازه­های مناسب، استفاده درست از سوخت، مکان­یابی درست وسایل گرمایش و استفاده از کارگران ماهر بیشترین نقش را برکاهش پیامدهای هدفمندسازی یارانه­هابرای گلخانه­داران ایفا می­کنند که مقدار 2/40 درصد از واریانس متغیر وابسته را تبیین می­کنند.         Shrubs with diverse ecological functions cover a large area of arid and semi-arid lands. Evaluation of changes in soil properties in shrublands can be effective in understanding the ecological relationships of these biomes and their nutritional status for land management. In this research, the spatial changes of soil fertility characteristics based on patch structure and open spaces between patches were studied in pure shrubs including Artemisia sieberi, Scariola orientalis and Astragalus myriacanthus types located in the ari lands of the central plateau of Iran. The evaluation of soil yield characteristics and soil quality was investigated by selecting the reference open space between the patches and recording the morphological characteristics of the patches to study the relationship between them. The results showed that the properties of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus and soil quality index (SQI) had the most significant changes between the type of shrubland and in the space between patches in each type (P<0.01). The highest value of the soil quality index was related to the under canopy in A. myriacanthus type and was equal to 0.87, and the lowest value was related to the central point of the open space in A. sieberi type and was equal to 0.22. The functional characteristics of plants such as biomass, height and canopy showed the highest correlation with the spatial distribution of elements and soil fertility factors in the open space areas (P<0.05).
