Abstract :

To Evaluate the quality of environmental sustainability promotion based on optimal urban furniture in District 2 of Tehran. In order to achieve environmental sustainability promotion, this requires examining and identifying residents regarding the current residential situation and future decisions in order to improve the quality of their residences. The present study is applied-developmental in terms of its purpose and is based on descriptive-analytical and survey research. The main research data were obtained through a questionnaire design and analyzed with SPSS software. Based on the studies conducted in this study using correlation and regression methods, the environmental attractiveness resulting from urban furniture, tranquility, and visitors are among the influential parameters of urban furniture in increasing the quality of provision and promoting environmental sustainability in the study area. The results of the research show that urban environments are centers for gathering people and creating social interactions, and that today, urban furniture is an effective factor for increasing quality in order to promote environmental sustainability; so that it can bring acceptable results and paying attention to them in urban contexts is of great importance. The calculation of statistical tests showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between all research variables, as the correlation coefficient of all variables was positive and significant.
