Abstract :
Background and purpose: Conscious organizational forgetting is a critical factor in achieving successful employee development. The objective of this research is to identify the dimensions of human resource enhancement grounded in Islamic principles concerning conscious organizational forgetting among employees of governmental organizations in the city of Kerman.
Research method: This research employs a mixed-methods approach with a developmental-applied purpose. Data collection was conducted through library research and field studies, utilizing document review, expert interviews, and questionnaires as primary data collection tools. The qualitative statistical population comprised university faculty members, human resource management specialists, senior managers of governmental organizations, and experts in the field of Islamic organizational management. A total of 17 individuals were selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed utilizing NVIVO and SPSS software.
Findings: The dimensions of human resource development in accordance with Islamic principles encompass organizational themes such as "employee empowerment rooted in Islamic values" and "spiritual and moral enhancement of employees." Conversely, the dimensions of conscious organizational forgetting include themes such as "achieving a competitive advantage," "organizational agility," "transformations in organizational performance," and "expansion of communication networks.
Conclusion: To achieve success in human resource development aligned with Islamic principles, it is imperative for managers to consider the implementation of conscious forgetting programs.
