Perspectives of educational administrators and leaders in evaluating the quality of performance of Farhangian University graduates and graduates of a one-year teacher training course based on the model of John Wiles and Joseph Bundy

Abstract :
The aim of this study was to compare the performance quality of four-year graduates of Farhangian University and graduates of one-year training course (Article 28) of Farhangian University of North Khorasan from the perspective of educational administrators and leaders based on the model of John Wales and Joseph Bundy. The research method is based on the applied purpose and based on the data collection method, a descriptive survey and statistical population including 125 graduates of the four-year course of Farhangian University and 165 graduates of the one-year course (skills training) of Farhangian University in the academic year 2018 to 2020 They were teaching in the primary schools of North Khorasan province. According to Morgan's table, 97 four-year graduates and 113 one-year graduates were selected by stratified random sampling method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was completed and collected by educational administrators and leaders. After confirming the validity, the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.95 using Cronbach's alpha. SPSS - V23 software was used for statistical analysis of data. The results showed that the graduates of Farhangian University four-year course in each of the six components of performance appraisal from the point of view of John Wales and Joseph Bondi (improvement and education, professional growth, human relations, administrative affairs, evaluation, curriculum planning) have a higher average than the graduates. They have taken a one-year (skills training) course at this university. Therefore, it can be concluded that the quality of performance of the graduates of the four-year course of Farhangian University is higher than that of the graduates of the one-year course (skills training) of this university. Therefore, it can be concluded that the quality of performance of the graduates of the four-year course of Farhangian University is higher than that of the graduates of the one-year course (skills training) of this university.
