The Impact of Urban Parks and Valleys on the Development of Urban Tourism (Case of Study: Nahjul-Balagha Park, Tehran)

Abstract :
Introduction: Tourism is one of the active industries at all social levels in the international, national, regional, and regional arenas that has a significant impact on lifestyle and social life. Considering the different dimensions of tourism and the alignment of tourism with sustainable development, relying on resource conservation and responsible travel, it has created different conditions for meeting demand while maintaining environmental compatibility of tourism.
Method: This research was conducted using a field and survey method in a complete census manner to achieve the goals and strategies for developing the urban tourism sector .
Findings: The output of this study shows that, considering the main and initial pillar of the development of this complex in several phases, relying on the principle of environmental sustainability as a very efficient component in improving the type of leisure time and developing urban tourism, it has had Tehrani citizens, especially residents of western Tehran. In general, it can be said that the results of the hypotheses of this study indicate that 95% of the existing potentials have had a potential impact on attracting maximum tourists and increasing the satisfaction and security index in more visits and attracting the number of intra-city tourists in this valley park. Conclusion: Urban valley parks in most regions are one of the important tools and components of environmental development that will lead to regional development, preventing out-of-town trips and eliminating traffic, and strengthening existing green spaces. .
