The purpose of the research is to analyze the social environment of non-governmental schools in order to provide an optimal strategy based on SWOT analysis. The research method is descriptive. The statistical population included all staff of non-governmental schools in Torbat-e-Haydiriyah in 210 people. 132 person were selected as sample and based on Krejcy-Morgan table using stratified sampling method. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire containing 60 items (15 questions of strenghth, 15 questions of weakness, 15 questions of opportunity and 15 questions of threat). The face and content validity of the questionnaire was approved by experts and reliability was calculated with Cronbach's alpha of 0.78. Data analysis of the internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) were analyzed by chi-square test and the effect of comparison of results based on swot model using Spss 21 software. The results of the research indicate that the final strategy of the non-governmental educational system is derived from the clash of strengths and opportunities, which in some way expresses an aggressive strategy.
