At the present research we have studied the manner and degree of sprawl andcentralization as related to the globalization in Tehran Metropolis. We have alsostudied and compared the circumstances of the sprawl and connection with thepopulation mass and the city center. According to our studies there is an inverserelation between the mass of population and localization of the globalizationapplications. These phenomena tend to the localization outside of the business centerof the city. In relation to the centralization of the applications or their localconnectivity it may be mentioned that most of these applications tend towardconvergence (centralization) and the whole applications related to the globalizationhave a convergence and centralization attitude toward each other and the highdistribution coefficient confirms this factor. Every week world urban areas gain another one million people. nowadays cities asthe settlements of over fifty percent of world's populations face many challenges likeair pollutions, noises, traffic congestions, stresses and so on. this trend threat bothhuman´s life quality and environment quality. ideal city for citizen´s life is sustainablecity in which improvement in the quality of human life is achieved in harmony withimproving and maintaining the health of ecological systems. In this city life isdesirable and increased quality of life, less conflicts, more effective economy, socialprogress and … are main advantages of these cities. There are many Barriers forCreating Sustainable Cities and one more important of them is weak urban transportsystems and traffic congestion. Traffic congestion in cities has social, economic andecological effects. On the other hand these three factors (social, economy and ecology)are the pillars of sustainable development. therefore inadequate management of urbantransport systems so existence of traffic congestion in cities is an important barrier ofcreating sustainable city. access to sustainable city requires a shift towards sustainableurban transport. sustainable transport is a term used to describe those modes oftransport which are not primarily associated with the use of non-renewable energyresources for the transport of individuals without causing a deterioration in the qualityof urban life. Nowadays Tehran as the biggest city and Capital of our country hasmany problems and barriers to be a sustainable city . high increasing in population, centralization, uncontrolled development, Air pollution, traffic congestion, accidentsand so on are some of these problems. Air pollution is the most importantenvironmental problem of Tehran which is caused mainly by motor vehicles. Motorvehicles produce 60-80% of pollution in this city. low price of fuel, low quality ofgasoline, large number of old cars, very high price of vehicles, Tehran's geographicposition, high dependency on private passenger car, improperly enforced driving andtraffic rules and finally lack of harmonious management are the most important factorsthat caused non-sustainable transport system is used in the city and as a result Tehran is an unsuitable place for living . in order to avoid this unsuitable situation changing ofTehran to a sustainable city it is necessary to support comprehensive models ofsustainable transport that are suitable with special conditions of our country andTehran city. one of these models is mooted in this study and there is no doubt aboutthat it is impossible to achieve urban sustainability in Tehran without attention inspecial consideration associated with our country . Geography of election is a field of geography with background in European countries from mid of 1910s. Later this field was expanded in 1960s along with little revolution in USA. Geography of election considers condition before and after election; on the other words, it analyzes actors of election through spatial point of view. One of the fields for study on geography of election is study on spatial-local condition of ballot-boxes before election; it was tried in this study to analyze 15th district of Tehran municipality using GIS for 2 cases: first case is relationship between demographic zones and quantity of ballot-boxes and second case is way of access to hospital and clinic in case when unexpected accident is occurred. 15th district of Tehran is one of the 22-fold districts of Tehran metropolitan, located in southeastern of Tehran at entrance gate of old Khorasan road. According to predictions of a universal plan, population of this district will be 942400 people in 2021. Therefore, 15th district is one of the important demographic centers. In regard to such condition, spatial-local analyze of GIS maps is considered in this research which accordingly, relationship between population and quantity of ballot-boxes in districts is not suitable; actually ballot-bases of district is not distributed proportionally considering current population in its areas. Moreover, positions of local hospital, firefighting stations as well as clinics existing in this district are considered in relation to ballot-bases. Condition of mentioned district’s access networks is interested and findings are shown lack of a planned systematic network. Manuscript profile

The characteristics of Third World urbanization is inharmonious and inequality.Significant proliferation of the wealth and on the other hand, minorities who live inpoverty are considered as frustrations in urban policy. Ghetto results frominharmonious development and malfunctions of urban system. Urban applicationsinfluence social and economic classification, and when settlers in ghetto feel that theyare unable to improve their social and economic situation, it causes a deprivation forthem and forces them to commit offenses. This study investigated the causes shapingghettos in the city of Yazd in terms of the indices of education, health, culture, business, sport, green space and social reflections from it. With regard to thecoefficient of functions and urban services in ghettos and nearby, it is inferred thatabove mentioned factors affect forming ghettos and there is a relationship betweenghetto and underdevelopment. Based on linear regression, there is also a significantrelationship between ghettos and unfair distribution of services and underdevelopment. In addition, the results from the cluster model suggest that the settling in aneighborhood, besides lack of services and functions, other factors were alsoconsidered. The other finding of this study has been about social impact of ghettos.Based on the finding, the relatively low-income unemployed people commit morecrimes and there is no significant relationship between immigration and socialoffenses. Rasht city with population of 557366 in 2006 and bearing the half of citizens of the provinc enjoys a special situation as the most important regional macro city. Due to different and extended social and eccnomic function, this city enjoys a superior regional and with regard to services, in addirion to multilateral dominance in its civic region over its suburb cities duch as Khomam, Koochesfahan. Lasht nesha, Sangar and Khoshkbijar, it also is highly influential in civic and rural centers all over the province. On the one hand, the city with its spatial and frame development propels population and its economic activities into marginal regions and on the other hand, by attracting the possibilities of suburb cities and regional spaces, it creates glorious changes in its civic frame. In this way, Rasht city has created different reflexes in relation to population density and concentration, vertical and discordant growth and development, state of occupation, residence, quantity and quality of current interchanges, pollution in environment, making use of civic lands, procedure of occupying agricultural lands, and civic management. Rasht macro city, instead of optimized distribution of capital and possibilities at the levels of peripheral regions considerably tends to centralization. Dependence of suburd cities on Rasht city has caused lack of economic and social varieties in them and has denied these cities of internal consistency and dynamism, and sedpite bearing population and civic services has changed them into dormitory centers for people of little income. Lack of dynamism in case of peripheral cities is influenced more by unequal and bilateral relations of Rasht macro city with peripheral cities than that of the absence of technical knowledge or capital, and these relations are always to mother–city advantages and suburb city disadvantages.   Manuscript profile

One of the fundamental problems in Shahreza is the dispersion of constructions andbuildings and the presence of extremely useless lands between the buildings which not onlyspread the city but also make a confusing and inconsistent shape in agricultural fields. In turn, the ancient historical texture of Shahreza lost its real nature and it became ruined andabandoned and basically, the logical relation of historical nucleus with other parts of the townhas been destroyed.Even now the spread and intensity of wear process in ancient textures are in such a waythat is not congruent with dwellers’ needs. So this causes evacuation of native population, creating cultural, social, medical, security and legal abnormalities and finally it bringsundesirable perspective. This study holistically investigates the theme of ancient textures of Shahreza as well as thereasons of increasing wear and demolition in these parts considering major variables such aslow income- low rent- ease of finding dwelling and emigration Manuscript profile
