Abstract :
The aim of this study is to analyze the structure of human resource productivity within the Welfare Organization using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). As one of the most critical factors contributing to organizational success, human resource productivity is influenced by numerous interrelated variables, the simultaneous analysis of which requires the application of advanced statistical methods. This research employed a quantitative approach using a descriptive-correlational method. The statistical population consisted of employees of the Welfare Organization in Tehran Province in 2018, from which 320 individuals were selected through cluster sampling. Data collection tools included two researcher-developed questionnaires: one assessing productivity components (efficiency, effectiveness, commitment, cooperation, and problem-solving), and the other evaluating influencing factors (ability, role perception, organizational culture, structure, motivation, leadership style, etc.). Data were analyzed using SPSS and LISREL software through SEM. The results of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and the final structural model demonstrated a good model fit, with significant causal relationships between the components and influencing factors. Fit indices such as RMSEA, CFI, and χ²/df confirmed the validity of the model. Accordingly, SEM not only effectively explained the complex structure of human resource productivity, but also provided a framework for analysis and improvement in other public sector institutions.
