The purpose of this study was to evaluate different levels of vitamin C from L - ascorbyl -2 - polyphosphate on blood factors and immune factors Siberian sturgeon.Material and Methods:Levels of the vitaminC of type L - ascorbyl 2 - polyphosphate include: lack of vitaminC (Treatment 1), 100 mg/kg vitaminC (Treatment 2), 200 mg/kg vitaminC (Treatment 3), 400 mg/kg vitamin C (Treatment 4), 800 mg/kg vitamin C(Treatment 5), 1600 mg/kg vitaminC (Treatment 6) in triplicate and grown for 8 weeks was considered the360numberof Siberian sturgeon.         Inroduction & Objective: This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary vitamin C and Folic Acid on hematological and immunological parameters in juvenile Barbel sturgeonAcipenser nudiventrisMaterial and MethodSix practical diets were formulated as follow; control: without supplementation, T1; 200 mg ascorbic acid (AA), T2: 3.5 mg Folic Acid (FA), T3: 200 mg AA + 1.5 mg FA, T4: 200 mg AA + 3.5 mg FA and T5: 200 mg AA + 5.5 FA equivalent kg-1 diet. Each diet was fed to triplicate groups of juvenile Barbel sturgeon with initial body weight of 32 g in 785-L cylindrical fiberglass tank. Results: White blood cell (WBC), red blood cell (RBC), haematocrit (Ht), haemoglobin (Hb), lymphocyte and MCV were significant. But total immunoglobulin (Ig) and IgM concentrations had significant differences between treatments. The activity of serum lysozyme was significantly influenced by the dietary AA and FA, fish fed the basal diet had lower lysozyme.Conclusions:These results indicated that dietary vitamin C and folic acid (200 mg AA + 3.5 mg AF) did significantly influence on hematological and immunological parameters in juvenile Barbel sturgeon Manuscript profile

        Inroduction and Objective: The use of probiotics in aquaculture reduces the level of antimicrobial compounds (especially antibiotics), improve feed efficiency, strengthens the immune system, improve blood and the bacterial flora. The effects of the bacteria Lactobacillus plantarum (KC426951) isolated from the gut of rainbow trout Guilan province on some blood safety indicators examined the rainbow trout.Material and Methods:A total of 540 fry with an average weight 3/56±2/24 g (30 per treatment) were prepared. This study in a completely randomized design with 6 treatments and 3 replications for 60 days was investigated invivo.The treatment diets were: 106 (treatment 1), 107 (treatment 2), 108 (treatment 3), 109(treatment4) and 1010 (treatment5) CFU g-1 of lactobacillus plantarum and control treatment (treatment 6) without supplementation with probiotics was.Results: At the end of the experimental period,hematological and immune parameters were measured. Results showed that the highest levels of hematological indices contains WBC count in treatment 4, RBC count, Hb concentration  blood , percent hematocrit , percent monocytes, percent eosinophils , MCHC in treatment 5, the MCV, MCH and percent eosinophils,in treatments 1 and  percent neutrophilin controls, respectively. Also significant differences between treatments were examined, MCHC, MCH, percentage of monocytes and eosinophils were not observed(p>0.05). The highest levels of Immune factors , including Total serum immunoglobulins, IgM and Lysozym owned treatment 4 and lowest values are those belonging to the control group (pConclusions:The findings suggest that the scope of application of Lactobacillus plantarum bacteria can be dose 109 - 1010 CFU / g food bacteria that stimulate the immune system as introduced.         Inroduction and Objective:The effects of the probiotic, Pediococcus acidilactici, commercially known as Bactocell on some immunological parameters in the fingerlings of rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykissMaterials andMethods:A total of 3600 fingerlings with an average weight between 3 and 5 g were randomly stocked in equal numbers in 12 channels. Three experimental feeds comprising 100, 200 and 300 g of bactocell per ton feed and one control feed were tested in three replicates while the experiment lasted 8 weeks. Fish were fed three times a day and feeding rates were adjusted to their body weight and water temperature. Five fish were randomly selected from each group at the end of the forth week and at the end of the eighth week and blood samples were collected and analyzed for Biochemical analyses and also conducted to determine levels of lyzozyme enzyme (lgM), total protein, complement CH50, SGOT, SGPT and glucose .Results:Results obtained from this study indicate that increase in concentration of levels of lyzozyme enzyme, immune globulin and compliment CH50 , Albumin  and total protein in treatments which contain probiotic Bactocell than those found in the controls treatments .Conclusion:Increasing of those enzymes in blood serum of fingerlings is an indicator of immune system activities that could cause increase in the resistance of rainbow trout fingerings towards pathogenic factors and environmental stimuli Manuscript profile

        Inroduction and Objective: Spreading ofpollutants, including nitratecausingacuteor semi-acute poisoningespecially in fry fishin water, its concentrationincause interferencephysiological functionsand causeof unknown death. purpose of thispilotstudy was to determinesafelevels ofnitratesin the waterandacuteeffectsonthe gill ,liver andkidneytissuesofsturgeon(Acipenser persicus) which isa valuablefish inthe Caspian Sea.Materials and Methods: The concentration of the initial inception of LC10, LC50 and LC90 during 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours according to OECD method, for the nitrate on larve of Acipenser persicus (weighing 2to3g) compared with the control group , were measured. As for the larve, Acipenser persicus 750, 773, 798, 823 and 850 mg per liter of nitrate was calculated.Results: The LC10 of nitrate 24, 48, 72 and 96 was 775.6097, 716.2509, 677.9556 and 669.7878 mg per liter, the LC50 nitrate 909.7434, 825.9397, 793.645 and 764.5538 mg per liter and the LC90 nitrate, 1067.074, 952.4265, 929.076 and 872.728 mg per liter, respectively.Resultsshowed that the gills phenomena such as congestion, swelling of the primary lamella, hyperplasia, adhesions secondary lamella, hemorrhage and necrosis were observed after exposure to nitrate within 96 hours. It should be noted that the severity of injuries getting higher in the plots treated 1 to 5 treatments.In theliverof Persiansturgeonafterexposure adverse effectssuch ashyperemia, cellularnecrosis, bilerecordandcellatrophywas observed, buttheir intensitywasvariedineach treatmentand even insometreatmentsmay be oneofthecomplicationsdo not seen. This study was conducted to determine different levels of one commercial probiotic (pediococcus accidilactici) in the thesis, also the effect of folic acid on immune system (Acipenser nudiventirisMaterials and Methods:210 fish of this breeding kind with the dentisty of 10 pertub fiber glass in 7 dietary treatments for 8 weeks fedup for third times, respectively, treatment 1(4mg acid folic in mercury), treatment 2(probiotics of 300 g of per tone of food), treatment 3(4mg acid folic, 200g probiotics), treatment 4(2mg acid folic,300g probiotics), treatment 5(2 mg acid folic,200g probiotics), treatment 6(4mg acid folic,300g probiotcs).treatment7 (control).Results:The numbers of control leukocyte, in control to other treatment had significant change or difference, and its maximum was for treatment 6. Eosinophils had no significant change or difference in all treatments, but the minimum amount of neutrophils and the maximum of lymphocyte amount were observed in host. The maximum numbers of RBC and hemoglobin, hematocrit were seen in treatments regards to treatment 6, which had significant difference from others, and the least index was observed in host, which had significant difference from other treatments. MCH, MCHC of treatments showed no significant difference, but the maximum of MCV for treatment 4 was seen which had significant difference. The average amount of lysozyme for treatment6 and 5, was the maximum amount, which had statistical difference from others treatments. the maximum amountof immunoglobulins was, respectively, treatment 4and6 and the maximum amount of IgM for treatments 5and6 were observed, which had significant difference from others.Conclusion:According to these result, we can acknowledge that adding treatment 6 in per ton food, cause breeding growth and the effectiveness of food which plays a positive role Manuscript profile

        Inroduction and Objective: Vitamins are organic compounds which are essential for normal growth and metabolic activities in fish and shrimp. This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary vitamins E and B2 on growth performance of Acipenser nudiventris fingerlings.Materials and Methods: The feeding trial was conducted by a completely randomized design with six treatments. Acipenser nudiventris fingerlings with the initial mean weight of 301.5 g (meanSD) were fed five experimental diets for 8 weeks; diet one supplemented with vitamin E (300 mg/kg), diet 2 supplemented with riboflavin (B2) (20mg/kg), diet 3 supplemented with vitamin E (300 mg/kg) and riboflavin (B2) (15 mg/kg), diet 4 supplemented with vitamin E (300 mg/kg) and riboflavin (B2) (20 mg/kg) and diet 5 supplemented with vitamin E (300 mg/kg) and riboflavin (B2) (25 mg/kg). A control group was also used that was fed a diet lacking vitamin E and B2. Blood parameters including RBC, WBC, hemoglobin and hematocrit and Immune system indicator (Lysosyme, IgM and Compliment) were determined.Results: The result showed.  Increasing of vitamin E and Riboflavin were influenced on blood and immune system fish.         Inroduction and Objective: Perch (Percafluviatilis Linnaeus) is from Percidae and one of the valuable fishes in terms of ecological and economical and have limited habitat in iran, stands for the highest stocks in Amirkelayeh and Anzali wetlands, there lived a groupmature at age 2-3.Materials and Methods:The studies of  biometry and gonadosomatic index are the important indicators of reproduction biology in fishes. The present study was conducted in November 2011and December,January, Februaryand March 2011 in Amirkelayeh wetland and 126 specimens caught by gillnet while they were 2,3,4,5 years old, respectively.Results: In Lahijan Amirkelayeh wetland to investigate  gonadosomatic index  and  biometry  in this male species.  According to the results obtained  highest average total length (22.5 cm), fork length (21.5 cm), standard length (19 . 5 cm), body weight (158 g) and gonad weight (7.15 g) of 5 year old fish and the lowest average total length (13 cm), fork length (12.5 cm), standard length (11 cm), body weight (28.7 g) and gonad weight (1.82 g) belonged to 2 year old fish.         Inroduction and Objective: Disinfectants, to destroy or disable pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria, algae, viruses, etc. are used. Performance is a complex function of several variables, a disinfectant, such as the type and amount the material and the type and concentration of microorganisms, contact time, water quality, etc. So, in many cases it's best to choose an appropriate disinfectant, is an in vitro study. The aim of this study was to determine concentrations tolerated by potassium permanganate in fish carp and their impact on the flora of skin and tissue of the gills are.Material and Methods: Experiment with 5 treatments and a control (each with three replicates) at the Institute of International Sturgeon doctor Rasht Dadman phenomenon in the summer of 1391. Toxicity Testing in the 25-liter tank, two-thirds filled with water and were aerated for 24 hours, were conducted. weighted average of 10 fish per tank storage was  3.74± 0.45 g. The first, LC10, LC50, LC90 at 96 hours in residence on the 180 grass carp fish concentrations were determined by the logarithmic method. Within 96 hours of the end of the gill tissue was studied histologically.Results: The results showed that the gills after exposure in the presence of potassium permanganate phenomena such as congestion, adhesions secondary gill filaments and cell necrosis (low), hyperplasia, atrophy of primary and secondary fibers were seen clubbing. After 96 h of exposure to concentrations determined in order to evaluate in terms of total bacteria, CFU skin biopsy was performed. And results in skin samples treated 0.25 milligrams per liter compared with the other treatments and the control of bacteria were lower.ConclusionIn general we can say based on LC50 96h, this antiseptic is very toxic to fish carp with respect to the influence of physicochemical factors on the toxicity of these substances on fish, can be in different conditions will show different results.Visitors will be different.         Inroduction and Objective: Pike(Esox Lucius) is one of the important economical fish in Caspian Sea region which is living in areas such as wetlands and rivers in which covered with aquatic plants. The reproduction of this fish naturally occurs in freshwater ecosystems. The aim of this study was the investigation in ovarian development stages of pike broodstocks, which is the important indicator for fish reproduction biology and also there is little documents available about it.Histological pictures were employed for growth survey and evolution of gonads in pike.Materials and Methods: In order to histology and determination of sexual maturation stages, 50 ovaries were studied. Fixed Samples were studied by light microscope.Results:The sexual maturation stages showed that ovaries of pikes were in stages II (spring and summer), III (summer and autumn), IV and V (winter). Also, the highest value of absolute fecundity determined as much as 13609.347 in autumn and the highest value of Gonadosomatic index determined as much as 4.063 at the first half of winter.
