Abstract :
One of the driving factors of economic and social development in the process of community development is entrepreneurship. On the other hand, the necessity of sustainability of entrepreneurship is as important as the category of entrepreneurship itself. So that these days, issues such as environmental degradation, the wealth gap, and unequal access to opportunities and resources are increasing. These concerns have increased the need for sustainable entrepreneurship. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to examine studies on the challenges and support policies of sustainable entrepreneurship. Which, according to the existing literature in this field, have received more attention than other factors. The present study is descriptive, it was practical in terms of purpose and was conducted as a systematic review based on the method. An analysis of theoretical literature in the SCOPUS database was conducted on the keywords of sustainability and sustainable entrepreneurship between the beginning of 2010 and the end of 2023 and based on that, 81 scientific studies were used for the final review. The research finding indicate that the correlation between social, economic and environmental aspects in sustainability are recognized as the main factors and in general, entrepreneurial activity is related to the concept of sustainable business models, which is also intertwined with the concepts of corporate social responsibility, sustainable entrepreneurship, and management practices in sustainable entrepreneurship.finally, the process of sustainable entrepreneurship has challenges because the current public policies and traditional are in favor of traditional entrepreneurship And it makes it difficult for sustainable entrepreneurship to penetrate certain sectors. Also, the desired level of sustainability in entrepreneurship requires cooperation between all stakeholders, including the government and the move towards service-oriented business models has helped to grow sustainable entrepreneurship. However, the need for sustainable entrepreneurship is felt to initiate institutional changes due to current unsustainable systems.
