کد مقاله 140311011197160 عنوان فارسی مدارس سازگار: رویکردی نوین برای پاسخگویی به نیازهای متنوع دانشآموزان کلید واژه فارسی مدارس سازگار، یادگیری فردمحور، نظریات یادگیری، یادگیری تعاملی چکیده فارسی در چند دهه اخیر، مدارس سازگار بهعنوان یک رویکرد نوین آموزشی معرفی شدهاند که هدف اصلی آنها پاسخگویی به نیازهای متنوع دانشآموزان با توجه به تفاوتهای فردی و شرایط اجتماعی، فرهنگی و فناوری است. این مدارس تلاش میکنند تا محیطی فراهم کنند که تمامی دانشآموزان، صرفنظر از تفاوتها، فرصتهای آموزشی یکسانی داشته باشند. یکی از ویژگیهای بارز مدارس سازگار، طراحی برنامههای آموزشی منعطف و شخصیسازیشده بر اساس نقاط قوت و ضعف هر دانشآموز است. این رویکرد موجب میشود که فرآیند یادگیری برای هر فرد متناسب با نیازهای خاص او پیش رود. مدارس سازگار همچنین به تعاملات اجتماعی و همکاری میان دانشآموزان و معلمان اهمیت میدهند. این تعاملات موجب تقویت مهارتهای اجتماعی، عاطفی و گروهی دانشآموزان میشود. علاوه بر این، این مدارس بهطور ویژه از فناوریهای نوین برای بهبود فرآیند یادگیری استفاده میکنند. ابزارهای دیجیتال و نرمافزارهای آموزشی نهتنها انگیزه دانشآموزان را افزایش میدهند، بلکه محیطهای یادگیری انعطافپذیرتری فراهم میآورند. با این حال، چالشهایی در پیادهسازی این فناوریها، بهویژه در مناطق محروم، وجود دارد که نیاز به منابع کافی و آموزش تخصصی برای معلمان را ضروری میسازد. توجه به نیازهای عاطفی و روانی دانشآموزان نیز از دیگر ویژگیهای مدارس سازگار است. این مدارس سعی میکنند محیطی حمایتی و امن ایجاد کنند که در آن دانشآموزان بتوانند بهراحتی نگرانیهای خود را بیان کنند و به کاهش استرس و اضطراب کمک نمایند. مدارس سازگار با توجه به این ویژگیها، میتوانند نقش مؤثری در شکلدهی آینده آموزشی و اجتماعی جامعه ایفا کنند. عنوان انگليسي مقاله Adaptable Schools: A Novel Approach to Addressing the Diverse Needs of Students
