Identifying the Indicators of Competency for Managers of Islamic Azad University of Khuzestan Province with the Approach of Virtual Education

Abstract :
This research was conducted with the aim of designing and presenting a model of competency for managers of the Islamic Azad University of Khuzestan province with the approach of virtual education. The research method of this study is a mixed research. The statistical population studied in the qualitative part of the research was based on grounded theory. The statistical population of all the experts who have at least 5 years of managerial experience, experts in the field of meritocracy, and have experience and publications, 30 people were selected as a sample using the purposeful snowball sampling method. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and in the 30th interview, the data reached theoretical saturation and the interviews were stopped.The results of the analysis of the interviews showed that the competency components of the Islamic Azad University of Khuzestan led to the identification of 186 items, 12 components and 4 dimensions. Expert-knowledge competencies (educational competencies, research competencies, scientific competencies, skill competencies), communicative competencies (individual competencies, organizational competencies, social competencies), Structural-professional competency (technological competencies, intellectual competencies, personality competencies) moral-value competencies (doctrinal competencies, spiritual competencies "religious and cultural").
