Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to present a comprehensive model of acceptance of organizational ambiguity in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. This research was qualitative methodology of data theory type of systematic approach foundation. The statistical population of this study consisted of experts who were interviewed based on purposive sampling method and considering theoretical saturation. Data collection tool was in-depth interview and three overlapping processes of open, axial and selective coding were used to analyze the data. Based on the data analysis, 78 primary concepts and 19 sub-categories were identified and it was found that organizational ambiguity in the Ministry of Sports and Youth is subject to causal, contextual and intervening conditions, and if organizational coaching strategies, transformational leadership Organizational transformation management, strategic knowledge management and human resource talent management should be used in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. It is likely to have positive consequences in structural, managerial, contextual and organizational dimensions.
