The relationship between organizational toxic atmosphere and organizational inertia through organizational silence in the staff of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Sports and Youth Department

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was the the relationship between organizational toxic atmosphere and organizational inertia through organizational silence in the staff of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Sports and Youth Departments. The statistical population of this study is all employees of sports and youth departments of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provinces, which was 140 people. The statistical sample size was estimated to be 103 people using. To collect data, one demographic questionnaire and three standard questionnaires of organizational toxic atmosphere (Hadavi Nejad and village, 2016), organizational inertia (Goodkin and Alkron, 2008) and organizational silence (Dimiters and Vokola, 2007) were used. Descriptive statistical methods were used to describe the data and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression in smart pls software were used for inferential analysis of data. The findings of this study showed that there is a positive and significant effect between the toxic organizational atmosphere with organizational inertia through organizational silence in the staff of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad General Departments of Sports and Youth.
