The purpose of this study was the effectiveness learning of resilient in reducing depression and anxiety in women affected by welfare. Research design was quasi-experimental and pretest-posttest with control group. The statistical population of this study was all women injured in the welfare of Tabriz city in 2019. The sample consisted of 30 women who were selected by multi-stage random sampling and randomly assigned to intervention and control groups (15 subjects for each group). The experimental group was exposed to resilient training and was not provided for the control group. Beck and Clark Anxiety Inventory and Beck Depression Inventory were used to collect data. Data analysis was done by statistical analysis of covariance. The results of this study showed that resiliency education has an effect on depression and anxiety of injured women in well-being, which can reduce anxiety and depression in women. Therefore, attention to resilient learning has an important role in reducing the psychological problems of women.
