        In the recent decades women's entrepreneurship issues have been concerned by the official authorities in order to solve the women's unemployment problem. Although in the past; they did not distinguish between the factors affecting men and women entrepreneurship. But with regard to personality and cognitive differences between men and women, the researchers gradually have differed between the factors affecting men and women entrepreneurship. Since the clothing industry of Yazd is one of the oldest industries in which women's ability to have been exhibited, our purpose in this paper was to identify the internal and external factors affecting women's entrepreneurial activities and studying the relationship between them and the influence of these factors. For this purpose the researcher designed a questionnaire with 55 items. The statistical sample included all the women who have been done entrepreneurship in Yazd clothing industry. In order to test research hypothesis, regression analysis was implemented. Results showed that internal factors including individual attributes, recognizable attributes, role pattern, social culture, organizational components had significant direct linear relationship and environmental components including accessibility of resource and environmental dynamism have nonlinear relationship with woman’s entrepreneurship. Notable point was the mediator roles of environmental factors in relationship to other variables. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of the current study was to investigate the relationship between forgiveness and marriage satisfaction of Kermanshahi couples. The statistical population included all Kermanshahi couples with maximum 5 years of common life. The samples subsumed 200 subjects (100 of each gender) that were selected by incidental sampling .The study was a correlation type. The implemented instruments included ENRICH Marriage Satisfaction Questionnaire and Family Forgiveness Scale (FFS). For analyzing the data, the Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression analysis were applied. The research findings indicated that there were significant relationships between forgiveness and it's subscales with marriage satisfaction. Forgiveness was considered as a potential positive factor to maintain couples psychological and mental health. Manuscript profile

But the intense competition dynamics, environmental concerns increment, government regulations and increasing consumer awareness made the enterprises to considere the consumers’ physical and mental health and consumers’ echo system serenity too. Concepts such as green, environmental and social marketing have gradually entered into the marketing literature to undertake the enterprises’ social responsibility over time. This paper attempted to explain the social responsibility first and then to discuss its relation to green marketing.         The current study was intended to compare the knowledge management and information technology in male and female National Drilling Company employees. 169 employees were randomly selected as a sample via simple sampling procedure based on Morgan table. Knowledge Management Questionnaire and Information Technology Questionnaire were implemented as data source. The research was a descriptive- comparative type. To analyze the collected data Multiple Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) was applied as main statistical method. The results indicated that there was a significant difference in knowledge management (F= 14.64, p≤ 0.0001) between male and female while the both groups were not differed significantly in information technology. The female employees gained a higher score mean than male in knowledge management. Manuscript profile

        Human sexual orientation has strong effect on determining sexual schemas, sexual partners and behaviors, so it is important to study it from a multiple perspectives. Growing sexual distortions in the West and its effects on policy, economy and etc. is an issue that could not be ignored. The role of women is substantial, especially in the western culture that beholds them as a commercial object. The Western governments use any means to induce their goals, even in other cultures especially Islamic ones. In the current article we investigated theories about lesbianism in women from a multiple perspectives including biological, cultural and psychosocial types. Also we have examined their strength.         The purpose of this study was to compare the hardiness personality trait and its three components (commitment, control and challenge) in disabled athlete, disabled non-athlete and healthy athlete women. The research compared a sample included 25 women who were the members of disabled national team with 25 disabled non-athlete and 25 healthy athlete women with respect to Kobasa Hardiness Inventory. According to demographic data, 25 disabled non-athletes and 25 healthy athletes were matched with 25 disabled athlete women. The results of one-way ANOVA showed that there was a significant difference between hardiness and its three components. Dunett Test also showed that the mean of hardiness and its three components in the healthy athlete and disabled athlete women were equal but disabled non-athlete women acquired less mean score compared to healthy athlete and disabled athlete women. Conclusion: sporting can increase hardiness personality trait in disabled athlete women.  Manuscript profile
