The ancient Persians always esteemed women as being equal to men in all aspects of life. Etymologically, the word “woman” in Persian language originated from the word (zan), which means “giving birth”. The word had different forms in various languages: (zan) and (nārīg) in Pahlavi, (wa/əδ) in Soghdi, (wadū) or (wad) in Old Persian, (Vantav) in Avestan, and (Vadhu) in Sanskrit. The importance and the high status attributed to women were manifested in titles given to women as well as in their determination to defend their reputation, family, and land. Such a feature was also portrayed in ancient mythological goddesses such as Anahita, Spadnarmaz, Dena, Chista, and many others. Further, women’s love, affection, and commitment, in one perspective, and evil deviations, in another, were reflected in characteristics of female demons (daeva) like Jahi, Bushyasta, and others. However, all these myths refer to the good-evil duality in women’s nature. Therefore, as Anahita – female divinity of water, fertility, and kingship – possesses good attributes and pursues positive goals, evil attributes, such as vindictiveness and spitefulness are depicted in ādā – another goddess. The Purpose of this research was to compare the “couples’ financial relations” in Iran, France and Sweden law systems specially the term “alimony”. One of the problems to be referred as sex discrimination between the men and women is the mutual rights of the couples. Wife and husband through the marriage contract endured different bilateral responsibilities toward each other. Providing the family revenue in Iran is the unilateral man commitment and woman has no responsibility in this field, while in France and Sweden it is a bilateral commitment and woman has the same responsibility to provide the family expenditures as well. Some believe that most of the religious jurisprudence laws have been discriminated between man and woman and it would be necessary for Iran to join the international convention of the woman rights which seeks the equality of man and woman in all aspects. To view the different angles of the discussion, the man and woman relationships were considered on financial and non-financial aspects. The marriage was not suppose to be concerned about the loss and profit at the earlier moments but on the serious first crisis the financial counterclaim to be the most vital conflicting dispute. And if it was not managed properly it would lead to critical legal suit. In Iran laws, the principle of financial independence of the mates was the basis of couples’ financial relations and both the wife and husband are completely independent in acquiring their properties. But in the western countries laws such as France and Sweden in the properties partnership systems man is the boss of the partnership and manage the joint mates properties and in the properties absolute isolation system according to the legal assumption , he could manipulate his wife property unless the woman rejects it obviously. In this paper, the legal different systems of the above mentioned countries were discussed. Manuscript profile

Prominence has always been given to family as one of the major institution in socialization, values and attitudes transference from the society to its new young generation. Since in the Islamic text the woman is to take heed as mother and wife so in this study we investigate the mother’s role in disposition of high risk adolescents’ behaviors. Having basic skills by the parents could decrease the stress inside their family and lead to reasonable and normative confrontation with children’s problems, specially the adolescents. The young people are too vulnerable to be at risk and great dangers may impend over their present and future health more than others. Parents’ emotional neglect, particularly the mothers’ can cause that the adolescents consider any least lapse or omission of the parents as unkindness toward themselves. Therefore they may suffer from lack of sense and self confidence. These conditions make them to withdraw from any rationality and find refuge in their fancy. Such a feeling leads to anxious insecurity and finlly to high risk behaviors by the adolescents. Manuscript profile
