Deposition of iron particles and pigments may have different effects on affected tissues. For differential diagnosis of each substances deposited in cells and tissues, examiners have to use specifc methods for each material. This diagnosis usually based on the specifc staining methods of affected tissue. Two different specifc Iron staining methods Gomori and Perl’s Prussian blue were compared in this study. Among this survey 860 slaughtered Caprine were investigated histopathlogically and macroscopic Iron pigments deposition grossly found in 8 of these animals. This accumulation was in renal cortical area pertaining to cloisonné kidney disorder. After fxation in formalin buffer 10% solution, samples dyed with two specifc Iron staining methods: Perl’s Prussian blue andgomori. Comparison results showed signifcant differences between quality and quantity of prepared histopathologic samples. For more scientifc investigation, computerized analytic software Scion Image used for comparing prepared images of two different staining methods. The received data used in analytic software SPSS for statistical analysis. The results confrmed exactly more effciency of Perl’s staining method compared to Gomori iron staining method. These superiorities were in more effective coloration of Iron pigments, peripheral cells and more contrast and resolution of stained tissues. Manuscript profile

Liver is the main organ in fat metabolism and its ability in storing and metabolism of extra fat available infeedstuff is, in rainbow trout this ability is limited so the extra fat of feedstuff can be piled up in liver and leadto Lipoidosis. In this study 120 rainbow trout from western Azerbaijan’s rainbow trout farms during fall andwinter were randomly selected and put into four different weight groups (below 50-50to150-150to250and above250gr) for the analysis of Lipoidosis disease.after biometric experiments the fshes were autopsied and aftersampling and tissue stabilizing in formaldehyde the pathological sections of 135 samples of suspicious liver wereprepared in 5micrometer diameter and colored by two methods of PAS and H&E (for determining fat).In liversaffected by Lipoidosis the penetration of fat into hepatocyte was seen as clear vacuoles so that after PAS coloringtheir fatty nature was confrmed because they were not colored. The results show that by an increase in weight.(weight group above250gr) the rate of Lipoidosis increase too, the study histopathological sections in affectedlivers other damages like focal Lymphocytosis low to acute bleeding, dilation of central veins and increaseof melanomacrophage focuses as well as Lipoidosis were seen. By noticing the high outbreak of this disease inweight group above 250gr whish has also the probability of economic losses. Manuscript profile

Microencapsulation as one of the most modern methods has remarkable effects on probiotic survival. The objectiveof this study is to evaluate the survival of free and microencapsulated probiotic bacteria in simulated human gastrointestinal condition.Lactobacillus casei (PTCC 1608) and Bifdobacterium bifdum (PTCC1644) were encapsulated with calciumalginate, resistant maize starch and inulin via emulsion technique and incubated in simulated gastric juice )pepsinincluded, pH= 1/5) and simulated intestinal juice )pancreatin and bile salts included, pH= 8) for 2 hours at 37 oC.The morphology and size of microcapsules were measured by SEM technique and optical microscopy. The resultsshowed that the survival of microencapsulated probiotic was increased signifcantly in simulated gastro-intestinalcondition (P<0.05). Resistant maize starch was played a signifcant role in the protection of probiotic bacteriain simulated gastro-intestinal condition and did not affect the size of microcapsules. In the emulsion techniquecapsules are formed in micron range size and the shape of microcapsules was generally spherical. In general, this study indicated that microencapsulation enhanced the survival rate of probiotic bacteria signifcantlyin the simulated human gastro-intestinal condition. Gold fsh or Pondfsh (Carassius auratus), is among the valuable ornamental fsh from Cyprinidae family, whichcompared to other ornamental fsh in the world, is sold extensively for low prices, especially in Nowrouz, in Iran.In this study, through colleting fsh from Breeding and Pisciculture centers in Urmia city and transporting themto the laboratory of parasitology of Urmia Islamic Azad University in special fsh transportation sacks, separationof external parasites from skin, fns, eyes, and gills was done. Among 92 investigated goldfsh, 56.52% werecontaminated with parasites. In this study 7 different genus were separated. The highest contamination percentagebelonged to species Ichthyophthirius multifliis and followed by Dactylogyrus spp. and protozoa Trichodina spp.Among single hosted trimatodes, Gyrodactylus spp. was also separate. Among multi hosted trimatodes, parasiteDiplostomum spathaceum was separated from the eye lens and parasite Diplozoon Nordman was seen in this studytoo which is the frst time to be reported in goldfsh in Iran. Among Fish lice parasites, genus Argulus foliaseuswas separated. Manuscript profile

A 6 Months old holstein female dairy calf was referred to the clinic of veterinary medicine, Ferdowsi universityof Mashhad in the spring of 2011. The owner’s chief complaint was anorexia and growth retardation. Clinicalexamination revealed depression, tachycardia, tachypenia, atonic rumen, weakness, recumbency, increase breathsounds with harshness, cardiac murmur (Left side of the chest, base of heart with mild to moderate intensity),jugular vein distention, submandibular and brisket edema. Haemogram profles showed an acute infection withdegenerative immune system response. Radiological fndings were consisted of increased radiopacity and alveolarpattern (air bronchogram) in cranioventral lung lobes. Thoracic and abdominal ultrasonography was performed.Anechoic free fluids in pleural and abdominal cavity were observed which indicated pleural and peritonealeffusion, respectively. According to these fndings and a survey on serum biochemical profle, with measuring theconcentration of serum troponin I and rule out other causes of edema and ascites, the cor Pulmonale associated withbronchopneumonia was diagnosed. The sick animal was treated by parenteral antibiotic, diuretic and supportivedrugs. About 2 weeks after the treatment, clinical examination, radiological and ultrasonographical observationsand haemogram profles indicated complete recovery. Three months after the initial presentation, the calf wasvisited again and the only problem was growth retardation that may be due to bronchopneumonia outcome. Manuscript profile
