Abstract :
The present study conducted with the aim of designing a Model for Selection andImplementation of Human Resource Planning Cycle among the Personnel of Sport Organizationsin Fars Province. The statisticall sample and population of this study, consisted of senior managersof Sport Organizations in Fars Province wich are 11 person. Interperetive structural modeling(ISM) technique was used to design model. A 21-item questionnaire was used for this purpose.Based on the designed model, service compensation, planning and Recruitment, performanceappraisal, and employee relations were placed into the first level of the designed model. Testingand hiring, training and development were placed into the first level of the designed model; andneeds analysis came in the third level of the model. Based on the Power of influence - power ofdependency chart, Needs analysis was in area 2; Compensation services, planning and staffing,testing and recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, and staff relations wereall included in Area 3.
