Abstract :
Evaluation of organizational agility in higher education institutions and its effect on organizational improvement (Mori's study: employees of Islamic Azad University, Bandar Abbas Branch) Massoud Khwarazmi1 Mehdi Bagheri, 2 Mohammad Hossein Ranjbar Organizational quality is one of the most important and discussed topics in the fields of organizational management, on the other hand, organizational improvement is considered to be a factor affecting the life cycle and organizational activity. Based on this, the present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between organizational agility and organizational improvement in higher education institutions a case study of the employees Islamic Azad University, Bandar Abbas branch. purpose, 159 employees of this academic unit were selected and studied by cluster sampling method.collection tool standardized questionnaire that was compiled, combined and adjusted based existing scientific backgrounds, and then its validity and reliability were examined and tested.experiment and analyze the data and test the research hypotheses, factor analysis and structural equations and Smart PLS software were used.
