Abstract :
Background and purpose: The present study, titled the explanation of the implementation of the knowledge management model with an organizational learning approach, has been carried out in Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, and therefore the main objective of the research is to evaluate the knowledge management model with an organizational learning approach in the Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences.
Materials and methods: The research method of the current study is a descriptive survey and it is practical from the point of view of the goal. The statistical sample is considered equal to 384 people based on Cochran's formula. A 62-question questionnaire created by a researcher was used to measure and check the information, and to measure its reliability, divergent and convergent validity tests were used, and for each variable, the alpha coefficient was more than 0.7, which shows the reliability of the questionnaire and confidence in the model is output. Also, structural equation test has been used to measure the existence and evaluate the relationship between variables.
Conclusion: It is necessary to know the main dimensions of the model, which include 1. Causal conditions, 2. Main category, 3. Intervenors, 4. Platform, 5. Strategies and finally 6. Consequences. This model has been explained in such a way that it is in a continuous process, that is, by implementing this model, it cannot be said that we have reached the end stage, but the path to excellence has been formed.
