        One of the issues of Shiite jurisprudence that has always been questioned by the opponents and skeptics of the religion is the sanctity and honor that Shiites believe for the soil of the tomb of Hazrat Sayyid al-Shuhada (peace be upon him). It points out and finally responds to some doubts and exceptions about the rulings. The findings of the study indicate that according to credible public sources, the sanctity of Torbat Hosseini is not dedicated to a religion other than religion, but has its roots in the prophetic tradition, so maintaining its sanctity on all Muslims, including Shiites and Sunnis. It is obligatoryAmong the rulings that are attached to the special honor of this training is the healing of Torbat Hosseini, which the Almighty God has granted to him against the sincere and divine intention and far from the worldliness of Hazrat Seyyed al-Shuhada during Ashura and his martyrdom, and healing in Torbat. In popular sources such as healing in the land of Medina or healing in the graves of some of the Companions has a history and is not an emerging issue, and only Wahhabism has raised the objection that their actions in other cases are in clear contradiction with such opposition.         One of the legal sources is Sharia. But the term has always been in ambiguity in the legal texts, exactly, it’s unclear what the religion means and its scope. Is it restricted to the Book of God or to the Prophetic Book or Tradition or to the Book and Tradition of the Innocent (AS) or to the Book of God and the Tradition of the Innocent (AS) and Jurisprudence? This research, by searching the arguments of the book , tradition and the words of the great jurists, concludes that the truth of the Shari'ah is not in any doubt about the Almighty God and then in the truth of the Prophet (pbuh). There’s also no significant difference between Farrukhin and the truth of this word is based on both Uzayyah and the infallible on the basis of the Imamiyyah jurisprudence on which the laws of the Iranian state are based.         Manuscript profile
