And the people, by acceptingtheir authority, which are caused by the profit and the loss of profit, arebound to observe and enforce it. The scholars of international law andsociety have introduced a special origin for explaining the philosophicalfoundations of law, and by establishing various philosophical schools;have established and defended their own ideas. In international law, justiceis the origin of the phenomenon of law and the legislator establishes orabrogates the law, while in sociology, factors such as social necessities,public order, desirable governance, and collective solidarity, give life tolaw.         Imprisonment, despite the negative consequences for individuals,society and government, has a high share in the judgments issued by courtsand at the same time has little effect on preventing the repeat of offenses.Alternative sentences are considered as the most prominent attempt toovercome this impediment. In determining alternative punishments, asystem of punishment based on the social conditions of crime can beconsidered, which in this research is called the social punishment system.Social punishment is a system, in which the sentences are issued, takinginto account the circumstances of the occurrence and type of crime, thecircumstances of the offender, and the extent of his enjoyment ofeconomic, social, cultural and political capital and the circumstances of thevictim. This article examines the capability of preventing the crime ofalternative sentences of imprisonment and social penalties compared toprison sentences. In this research, which is a qualitative study, 65 judgesand lawyers were interviewed with purposeful selection method. The datawere collected by semi-structured interviews and analyzed using asystematic content analysis and thematic analysis. Findings of the researchshow that, the majority of respondents consider social punishment to beeffective in reducing the crime, provided that it is implemented correctly,and that this type of punishment does not have any negative consequencesof the imprisonment.         The aim of this paper is to study the relationship between socialalienation and identity status of university students. Methodology of thisstudy is survey. In order to measure social alienation, Melvin Seaman’sscale including feelings of powerlessness, social anomie, social isolation,meaninglessness, and estrangement were used. In order to measure identitystatus EIS2-EOM Test provided by Adams and Benion (1989) was used.Statistical population of this study includes students of Tabriz IslamicAzad University. The sample includes 380 students chosen throughproportional stratified sampling method based on student’s gender andfaculty. Findings of the study show that, there is a significant correlationbetween social alienation and identity status of subjects. Average ofalienation among males is 48. 5 and females’ average is 49.3 that arestatistically meaningful. X2 Test shows that, there is a significantcorrelation between identity status and faculty that the rate of this relation(in Phi test) is 0. 38. Individuals with a strong identity base, because theyhave crossed the crisis and made commitments, are less exposed to socialalienation, use effective social skills, and have an appropriate behavior inanomic conditions.         The purpose of this study is to validate a curriculum based oncomponents of resistance economy for education in Iran, which was doneby qualitative method (synthesis research). The field of research is allarticles and texts related to the components of resistance economics, whichis obtained from electronic databases and selected by purposeful sampling.The information analysis method was open coding, axial and replacement.Findings at the first stage indicated that, components of reforming thepattern of consumption, relying on internal capacities, securing strategicitems and self-sufficiency, the people-centered resilience of the economyare appropriate for setting curriculum in education. One of the identifiedcomponents, using the synthesis method, was explained in such a way thatthe concepts and subcomponents of each of the basic components ofresistance economy are presented in the form of tables. At the third stage,using the content validity coefficient method, the components that wereable to integrate into the educational system were identified. With regardto the concepts and sub-components associated with the extractedcurriculum, it is suggested that a resilient economy based on curriculum bedesigned in order to achieve the objectives of the resistance economy ineducation.         High-rise construction for urban housing is inevitable, and in spite ofagreeing and opposing views, it continues to be used as one of the mostcommon methods of providing urban housing. In Iran, residentialcomplexes are also commonly used as a solution to housing, but the surveyof responsiveness rate of these complexes to ensure the quality of life forresidents has not been taken into consideration. In this article, bydescriptive-analytical method, factors related to the level of satisfactionwith quality of life in residential complexes have been investigated. Usingquantitative evaluation, the views of inhabitants of two residentialcomplexes in Tabriz have been investigated. The results of the surveyshowed that, the average satisfaction of the respondents is on high and veryhigh range and there is a high level of satisfaction due to the quality ofdesign and construction.         Studying the role of sense of social security, piety and self-esteem inorientation to health tourism is the most important objectives of the presentstudy. In this survey research, 400 family heads rom 10 districts of Tabrizmunicipality were selected as sample size using clustered samplingmethod, being studied with the aid of questioner research tool. 31% ofstatistical population of this study was women and 69% were men. Resultsof the study indicated that, there is a direct and significant relationshipbetween sense of social security and Tabriz family heads’ health tourismorientation. There is a significant relationship between piety and familyheads’ health tourism orientation. The lack of political development hasled to an increase in political corruption, and their relationship will berepeated in a series of cycles over the course of many periods. In this study,the concept of political corruption is the abuse of power delegated bypolitical and governmental agents in order to provide personal gain withthe aim of increasing power or wealth. In this study, political corruptionand its relation to political development from the political sociologyperspective have been examined in a documentary method. It has beenconcluded that political corruption brings lack of development and lack ofdevelopment, reciprocate political corruption. Political corruption has anegative influence on the process of political development and providesthe basic challenges for the political system and its citizens. Politicalcorruption also reduces citizen's trust in the system and will reduce thelegitimacy of political system. Manuscript profile
