Discrimination Ability of Islamic Azad University District by QLKI

Abstract :
The main purpose of this research was to determine the discrimination ability of Quality management, Learning organization, Knowledge management inventory (QLKI) for the separation of region four universities. The population was all faculty members and students of the all fourth district Islamic Azad University branches (ten branches were selected randomly). The sample consisted of faculty members and students. The instrument used to collect data were three questionnaires designed by the researchers: The learning organization questionnaire (an adapted from Watkins& Marsick, s questionnaire), the knowledge management questionnaire (developed based on Nonaka & Takeochi, s Theory), and the TQM questionnaire (developed based on Padhai, s Theory). Reliability was established by calculating cronbach,s Alpha. Experts established the content validity of the questionnaires. The construct validity was established by using factor analysis. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics including percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation and discriminative analysis. The SPSS version was used for analyzing the data. The discriminative analysis showed that there was a close similarity between ranking of universities by QLKI (the study variables) and the central organization of Islamic Azad University's ranking.
