Abstract :
This research was conducted with the aim of comparative validation of the influence of individual, family, organizational, social and occupational factors on the quality of life of employees in different working generations of Maskan Bank. This research is of a fundamental type and was carried out in a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) and exploratory manner. The statistical population of the qualitative part included senior managers of Maskan Bank of Kerman province and university professors with expertise in the fields of organizational leadership, human resources and organizational management. Sampling was done purposefully and 12 of these managers and professors were selected for semi-structured interviews. Thematic analysis was used to identify the categories related to the quality of working life and the results showed that 189 basic themes, 19 organizing themes and 5 comprehensive themes including individual, family, organizational, social and occupational factors were extracted. Using the fuzzy Delphi technique and experts' opinions, the identified components were validated. Next, interpretive structural modeling was done to determine the relationships between these components. In the quantitative part, the statistical population included all the employees of Maskan Bank, and due to the unlimited availability of this population, 384 people were considered as a sample for analysis. Data analysis was done in the quantitative section using structural equation modeling and SmartPLS version 3. Then, using intergroup analysis, the relationship between the categories of the model in different work generations was investigated. The results indicated that the model of the quality of work life based on generational differences in Maskan Bank is favorable.
