Abstract :
Nowadays, in order to stay competitive and survive, organizations must have a correct and accurate knowledge of their external environment, especially customers, who are the main pillar of the external environment, in order to understand their needs and wants. customers in order to provide better service and bring more satisfaction and In the end, they take a step towards long-term preservation. This need has caused a change in the approach of organizations and new concepts in the field of customer management and marketing have been introduced by passing the traditional form. The gradual entry of our country into the world trade arena, the advancement of the privatization policy, the increase of customers and the subsequent increase of their expectations and expectations have increased the competition in such a way that the survival of organizations depends on the creation and increase of advantages. It will be competitive. The aim of this research was to investigate the meta-analysis of customer relations with the satisfaction of users of sports facilities, in order to reach this goal and complete the subject literature and theoretical foundations, related information from the field method and the library method such as reading books, articles, magazines, and research projects. Hashi and Internet information banks were collected. The statistical population included all the researches reported in the field of investigating the relationship with the customer and the satisfaction of the users of sports facilities from 1390 to 1402. From among the statistical population, 20 studies that met the criteria for entering the meta-analysis were selected as research samples through the census method.
