    The author must know and be committed to all ethical principles in the field of publishing. Ethical principles and ethics charter in the production of scientific products are defined principles and in case of non-compliance of the author and authors, this publication considers any national and international legal action as its right. Submitting an article by the author constitutes knowing and complying with these rights. The author and those active in the journal (editor of the journal, members of the editorial board, editor-in-chief, editor and publisher) must accept and agree on the ethical rules and charter of the journal. The COPE Ethics Charter is a guide for authors and contributors to the journal.

    Submitted articles must be in the specialized field of the quarterly and the result of the research work of the author or authors.
    In addition to the subject matter of the article in the specialized field of the journal, the articles or part of it should not be in the process of being judged or published in any journal at home or abroad at the same time. Papers presented in the form of abstracts in congresses, symposia, domestic and foreign seminars that have been published and published, can be presented in the form of a full article.
    The journal is free to reject or accept, edit, summarize or modify received articles.
    The correction and summary of the content is done with the opinion of the authors and the authors are responsible for the accuracy of the content of the articles. The author is responsible for the correspondence and the publication of the article does not imply endorsement of its contents.
    Original rejected or canceled articles will be removed from the journal archive after six months and the journal will not be liable for it.
    In case of using other people's content, the desired source should be referred to with the number and complete information of the mentioned source.
    Submissions should not have been published in any other journal, so it is mandatory to complete the author commitment form not to submit the article to other journals for publication or review at the time of registration and submission.
    The written article will be in the custody of the publication until the publication.
    Publishing decisions

    The copyright laws and copying of other literary works are observed by the publication and the rights of individuals are reserved at the time of publication.

    Make fair decisions about articles

    Decisions about articles will be made at any stage regardless of the authors' race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnicity, citizenship, or political philosophy.

    Confidentiality of information

    The personal information of the authors of the articles is strictly confidential to all persons who have access to it, such as the editor, members of the editorial board and internal editor of the journal, and other active agents (other than the author) such as judges, consultants, editors and trusted publishers. Is protected.

    Duties of authors

    Submission of scientific and standard articles: Authors should prepare articles in a scientific and coherent manner, according to the standard of publications. The method used in the article should be done accurately and objectively and the data should be reported correctly. The rights of other people in the article should be respected through full citation. Refrain from expressing sensitive and immoral issues, tastes and personalities, racial and religious, and false and inaccurate information and translations of other people's works without mentioning the title in the article.

    Provide raw data as needed: Ask the author to provide and introduce raw data, interviews, questionnaires, and other research tools as needed. Public access to this information (compliant with the ALPSP-STM statement) helps to improve the performance of articles.

    Originality of the submitted article: Articles submitted by the authors should be the work of the author presenting the article and any use of other people's research should be mentioned in the article.

    Failure to publish an article or an accepted and published article at the same time: It is against the law to submit an article to several publications or articles published or accepted to other publications at the same time.

    Mention appropriate referrals: References include mentioning all books, publications and Internet sites and other research of individuals in the bibliography.

    Mention the person in charge and colleagues in the article and be careful in the absence of unrelated names;

    The person in charge of the article is the person who has played a major role in the preparation, preparation, design and execution of the article, and other authors are also mentioned as collaborators in the article. Make sure there are no names other than the authors of the article. Also, all authors have read the article and agreed to submit it;

    Any dangers posed to humans or other creatures by any author's research should be clearly stated in the article;

    Mention financial support;

    Authors should also submit all sponsorships of their article;

    Reporting major errors in articles;

    Whenever the author notices any errors or inaccuracies in his article, he informs the publication about it, corrects it or withdraws the article.

    Declaration and approval of article submission

    Submitting an article to the system indicates that the author acknowledges that the article has not been published in any other source (except part of the dissertation or abstract in academic institutions). Also, all authors are informed and satisfied with their publication and position in the article. Submission of this article also means that the institution or sponsor of the research or spatial research has expressed its consent to the publication of the research to the responsible author. The author also undertakes not to send this article or article with similar results in Persian or English or any other language to any other publishing authority during the process of reviewing or accepting the article. Otherwise, the publication reserves the right to complain.
