Abstract :
The necessity of the life of financial and credit institutions and the banking system with the emergence of new phenomena and
greater attention to standardization and green management requires flexibility. The present study was conducted with the aim of
establishing a 34000 standard system model with a green approach in human resource management in Ansar Bank. In this study,
considering the research space and creating a local model to remove barriers in the banking system and especially Ansar Bank, a
quantitative and qualitative approach and a mixed method were used. In the quantitative part, the interview method was randomly
selected and specifically snowball sampling was carried out until reaching the theoretical ghost stage. In the interviews conducted,
227 initial components were obtained, of which 132 were selected after initial calculations in the first Delphi stage, and 57 components
were selected in the second Delphi stage. In this step, the 9 criteria of the human resources excellence model include human resources leadership, human resources strategy, human resources planning and supply, labor and employee relations, human resources development, human resources compensation, human resources perception results, human resources performance results and organizational results in this bank. The results of the research showed that there is a direct relationship between all the main criteria obtained with the 34000 standard implementation system and the green approach in human resource management. It was suggested that by redrawing the vision and mission of the organization, the existential mission and philosophy of the formation of Ansar Bank should be re-evaluated with a focus on the green approach.
