Abstract :

The anti - production behavior from employees and counterproductive behaviors from owners in projects can impact on projects performance. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of anti - production behavior and counterproductive behaviors on the performance of cooperative construction cooperatives in Markazi province. The research method was applied and it was descriptive - causal. The statistical population consisted of the eight hundred members and three hundred employees and managers of the housing cooperatives of Markazi province. The data were collected through field method by questionnaire. Validity and reliability of questionnaire has done. Data analysis method was structural equation modeling and were analyzed by LISREL software. After data analysis the results showed that anti - production behavior and counterproductive behaviors have impact on project inefficiency and poor project effectiveness. And also inefficiency in contracts projects has effected on poor effectiveness projects of housing cooperatives in Markazi province.
