Abstract :
The main purpose of this research was to test the conceptual model between Jihadi culture and manpower productivity through Islamic work ethics in first secondary teachers of Mamsani city. The research method is a correlational descriptive research in terms of nature and content. The statistical population of this research was all the first secondary teachers of Mamsani city (male and female) in the academic year of 2001-2014, numbering 303 teachers. Using Morgan's table, the number of 175 people was considered as the sample size. The sampling method in this research was cluster random. Hersi and Goldsmith's manpower productivity questionnaire (1980), Jihadi Culture Questionnaire by Mandari et al. (2015) and Ali and Al-Kazemi's Islamic Work Ethics Questionnaire (2007) were used to collect information. Pearson's correlation coefficient and path analysis are used to analyze the data. SPSS21 and PLS statistical software were used to perform these analyses.
