Abstract :
After the Islamic Revolution, especially in the years of the Holy Defense, one of the management methods that received special attention was jihadi management which is derived from Islamic teachings, the use of energy and the ability of human resources, which is based on spiritual values and beliefs.The purpose of this study is to explain the jihadi Performance of managers with emphasis on the Holy Quran, Nahj al-Balagha and the wise statements of Grand Ayatollah Imam Khamenei. Research method in terms of purpose, applied and according to the data collection method, it is a descriptive correlation.The statistical population of the study is all managers and employees of the Islamic Azad University of the western units of Tehran province (Shahr-e-Qods, Shahriyar, Mallard, Safadasht and Sama Andisheh).In fact, 125 questionnaires were distributed by simple random sampling and 120 questionnaires were collected.The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed by evaluating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient which was 0.761. The data were also measured by structural equation modeling and Smart PLS software. The results of the research hypotheses indicate that managers' responsibility and accountability, meritocracy, commitment to obligations, good and strong relationships between managers and employees, and need-based monitoring affect the jihadist performance of managers.
