        Objective: This paper aims to examine the ability of corporate foresight in the organizations and its impacts on innovation, quality of managers’ strategic decision-making and organizational performance in the banking industry of Iran.Background: In the first part, upon introducing corporate foresight from the two process and content perspectives, influential elements in this construct are discussed. Then, corporate foresight’s relationship with innovation and strategic decision-making is examined and its effect on organizational performance is analyzed within a structural model. Methods: Using interview and questionnaire, the data research were collected from the banking industry of Iran including 30 banks (State-Commercial banks, Specialist- State banks, Interest-Free Loan Funds and Private Banks). Through descriptive, inferential statistical analyses and structural equation modeling using SPSS and Smart PLS software, reliability of the measurement model with 93 samples was confirmed. Findings: The results show that the corporate foresight playing three roles of initiator, strategist, and opponent affects the innovation. Moreover, the research results suggest that using the data from the foresight and identifying the weak signals, we can reduce the uncertainty and issue prior warnings in order to enhance the quality of manager’s strategic decision making and promote the organizational performance.         This is a philosophical study with critical paradigm, using symbolic interactionism with fundamental orientation, inductive reasoning, the qualitative library-based approach, the Grounded Theory, meta-synthesis and the content analysis method. It aims to describe and explore the business excellence model and identify its variables and indicators based on a futuristic approach. Using the meta-synthesis and meta-analysis techniques, the methods involve open, axial and selective coding, resulting in a new concept. The required data were collected through a review and study of the documents on business excellence models. The study specifically focused on the models set forth in valid magazines and journals with the theoretical sampling logic in order to reach theoretical saturation. We used two long-term and holistic participatory strategies for validity, as well as two coders with agreement on open coding for reliability. We used the MAXQDA software for data analysis. The findings of this study were obtained from 101 conceptual models of business excellence and 869 concepts or open codes at the coding stage. Then the basic codes with the same meanings were divided into 24 major categories, which led to the creation of five dimensions at the selective coding stage and a theoretical concept with the dimensions of people, market, work, management, and underlying factors. This theory made an important contribution to the success of small and medium-sized businesses by taking into account the new paradigms for assessing businesses in the future. Manuscript profile

        Background: Successful organizations, based on their grand goals, identify the strategic capabilities of the human resources they need or train their employees to acquire these capabilities.Objective: The purpose of this study is to provide a model of strategic capabilities of human resources in the branches of Bank Saderat Iran.Method: The strategic capabilities of human resources were identified through exploratory studies and surveys of knowledgeable experts using the Delphi technique. To select the sample, selective non-random sampling method was used and the statistical sample of the research was selected from 18 professors, managers and experts of Bank Saderat. Data collection tools were documents and a semi-structured questionnaire. For data analysis, one-sample t-test, factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used to construct the research model using LISREL and PLS software.Results: The results showed that the model of strategic capabilities of human resources has the dimensions of leadership capabilities, main capabilities of human resources, special capabilities of the role of human resources and individual traits because according to factor analysis test, all standard coefficients are greater than 0.5 and factor loads greater than 1.96. Conclusion: Considering that the model of strategic capabilities of human resources has been designed for the first time in the country, it is necessary for managers to focus on dimensions and components that have not been considered before.         انواع هوشمندی از عوامل مهم تاثیرگذار در سرعت سریع پیشرفت های فناورانه و انقلاب های صنعتی چهارم می باشد. از مهمترین انواع هوشمندی، هوشمندی فناوری است که نقش بسزایی در ارائه محصول یا خدمت جدید‌ دارد. هر چند هوشمندی فناوری قابل مدیریت نیست، اما دارای مولفه هایی می باشد که مدیریت این مولفه ها، سطح مدیریت هوشمندی فناوری را ارتقاء می دهد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل مدیران و کارشناسان صنعت تولید توربین بادی می باشند و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار Smart PLS استفاده نموده ایم. در این مقاله مولفه های مدیریت هوشمندی فناوری در صنعت تولید توربین بادی را شناسایی نموده و متغیرهای تاثیر گذار در هرمولفه که در ارتقاء نظام مدیریت هوشمندی فناوری این صنعت، مهم است را مشخص و با نظر خبرگان دسته بندی، و در جهت بهبود آنها پیشنهاداتی ارائه کرده ایم. نتایج حاکی از آن است که مولفه های کلیدی تاثیر گذار بر ارتقاء نظام مدیریت هوشمندی فناوری عبارتند از :پویش محیطی، مدیریت نوآوری، مدیریت دانش، مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات، مدیریت فناوری، مدیریت تحقیق و توسعه، و مدیریت استراتژیک. به عبارتی توجه به شاخص های هریک از این مولفه ها تاثیر معناداری بر ارتقاء مدیریت هوشمندی فناوری در صنعت تولید توربین باد می تواند داشته باشد.         Extensive Abstract: The purpose of this study was to enhance a competitiveness model for Islamic Azad University branches in the future. The research was applied and mixed. The community and statistical sample in the qualitative section included scientific and academic experts with managerial positions and in quantitative section included faculty members of the universities in Tehran province. Sampling method was done as a probabilistic sampling in qualitative and non-probabilistic section in quantitative part. In the qualitative section, a tool was used to interview experts and in quantitative section a researcher-made questionnaire was used.To analyze the information and qualitative data, content analysis and in the quantitative part of the normalization test, single-sample and group tests, linear regression, structural equation modleling and confirmatory factor analysis were used. The findings highlighted the dimensions and indicators of competitiveness, and also showed that universities have problems in all of these indicators and dimensions(competitiveness).The problem is that in respondent's opinion, in all the indicators and dimensions of the existing situation with the desirable situation (efficiency and performance of the university according to available tools and facilities), there is a significant difference. This means that the universities of Tehran province have not been able to achieve the desired result and have been weak in all dimensions and indexes, and finally the final modle is presented in a desirable situation.
