Abstract :
One of challenges in manufacturing industries is globalization and the ability to compete with other competitors in the world. World-class manufacturing is a transnational and strategic decision, therefore, according to the developments of nowdays, the implementation of WCM is great importance. With these definitions, the key factors that ensure the success of the implementation of WCM in companies have a special place. On the other hand, due to the financial and human resource constraints of companies that face an obstacle to the implementation of all strategies at the same time, it is necessary to prioritize activities to implement this strategy
In this research (in Entekhab Industrial Group), through library studies, the pillars of WCM have been determined according to the conditions of the organization. Through the completion of the relevant questionnaires, the opinions of experts at different levels of Entekhab Industrial Group have been collected. The data analysis obtained from the questionnaires has been investigated using the AHP method. Data analysis shows that the most important and first pillar for the implementation of WCM policy is the environment and energy, and according to the measures taken and the formulation of strategies and programs, the pillar of logistics and safety is in the second and third place. In order to achieve WCM, a total of 64 key activities have been identified and prioritized considering the importance of the main pillars.
