Abstract :
This paper examines the relationship between the dimensions, components, and indicators of the general policy-making model for crisis management in emerging infectious diseases in hospitals. This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey with a quantitative approach in terms of method. The statistical population of the study was 2049 employees of Masih Daneshvari Hospital, Ansari Hospital, and Imam Hossein Hospital in Tehran, of whom 387 were selected using the Klein’s formula using a simple random cluster method. The data collection method was a survey research with a researcher-made instrument, and the research data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with the partial least squares (PLS) approach and Smart-PLS software. The results of the study showed that all indicators of the structural model of the study had a factor loading greater than 0.4 and were significant at the 95% confidence level (t>1.96) and at the 99% confidence level (t>2.96
