Abstract :
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the themes of professional development of education managers in industrial organizations with an emphasis on digital culture.
Research methodology: This research was exploratory and conducted using thematic analysis. The participants in the research included training managers in industrial organizations who were selected purposefully using the snowball technique. For this purpose, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 of them. Findings from the interviews identified a total of 33 basic themes and 9 organizing themes (digital vision, digital customer orientation, digital strategies, digital attitude, mental and environmental agility, digital literacy, ecosystem thinking, digital dreaming, and digital ambassadors) under 1 overarching theme.

Originality/scientific added value: The professional development of education managers in industrial organizations based on digital culture, based on the themes identified in this research, is the foundation for the growth and professional development of education managers in the industry, and education managers must develop professionally to provide the basis for organizational excellence towards digital transformation
