Creating and validating the list of professional development of education managers based on digital culture

Abstract :
Purpose: This research aimed to develop and validate a professional development checklist for training managers in industrial organizations with an emphasis on digital culture.
Research methodology: The method was descriptive-inferential. The statistical population of this study was all training managers in industrial units of the country, which was determined as a sample of 384 people based on the formula (Godden, 2004) and was determined by cluster random sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire taken from the qualitative section was used to collect data.
Findings: Confirmatory factor analysis and Friedman test were used to analyze the data. Validity was obtained in accordance with the values obtained from calculating the content validity ratio of the Lavosh coefficient and applying the opinions of experts. All items of the professional development checklist for digital culture-based education managers had high and appropriate factor loadings and were in a favorable state. Considering the Cronbach's alpha values and composite reliability, the values of Cronbach's alpha coefficient.
Originality/scientific added value: This research will be able to provide a valid tool to industry officials, experts, and managers, with the help of which they can play a role in training managers and experts and providing indicators to identify such developed managers.
